Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Hipertensi pada Usia 20-40 Tahun di Kabupaten Bungo

Hipertensi atau penyakit tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu keadaan kronis yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah pada dinding pembuluh darah arteri.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia 20-40 tahun didesa Cadika wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rimbo Tengah Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat Deskriptif Analitik. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 221 orang yang menderita hipertensi didesa Cadika wilayah kerja puskesmas Rimbo Tengah. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 143 orang hipertensi pada bulan Desember Tahun 2021- Juli Tahun 2022. Data diperoleh dari data primer. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan tabel Uji Statistik dapat diketahui bahwa dari uji chi-square diperoleh hasil genetik (P-value = 0,005) lebih kecil dari sig α (0,05), obesitas (P-value = 0,000) lebih kecil dari sig α (0,05), sedangkan merokok (P-value = 0,023) lebih kecil dari sig α (0,05) dan konsumsi kopi (P-value = 0,063) lebih besar dari sig α (0,05). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat mayoritas memiliki genetik, menderita obesitas, dan merokok yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi sedangkan mengkonsumsi kopi tidak berpengaruh karena kenaikan tekanan darah dari kopi hanya bersifat sementara. Diharapkan bagi tenaga kerja kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang hipertensi dan mengajarkan pola hidup yang sehat agar masyarakat dapat mengurangi resiko kejadian hipertensi.

Hypertension is a chronic condition characterized by increase blood pressure on the wall of the arteries. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related with the incidence of hypertension at the 20-40 years old in Cadika village the working area of the Rimbo Tengah Public health center in 2022. This type of research is analytical descriptive.The population are 221 peoples who suffer hypertension in Cadika village the working area of Rimbo Tengah Public health center. The sample are 143 peoples, who suffer hypertension on December 2021- July 2022.Data obtained from primary and secondary. Analysis using the Chi-square test at the significance level of 95%. Based on the statistical test it can be seen that the Chi-square test results in genetics is (P-Value = 0,005) smaller than sig α (0,05), obesity is (P-Value = 0,000) smaller than sig α (0,05), where as smoking is (P-Value = 0,023) smaller than sig α (0,05), and coffe consumtion is (P-Value = 0,063) greater than sig α (0,05).It can be concluded that the majority of people have genetics, suffer from obesity, and smoking affects the incidence of hypertension, where as coffe consumtion doesn’t affect the incidence of hypertension because blood pressure from coffe in only temporary. It is hope for the health wokers can give counseling about hypertension and teach healthy life style so that peoples can reduce the risk of hypertension.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
