Regarding to the issue of adolescent pornography, it must be known from the impact of addiction to the impact of the release of sexual desire caused by pornographic material. While the issue of pornography cannot separate adolescent sexual behavior into sex crimes. The increasing prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases among adolescents has the effect of increasing adolescents' reproductive health problems, including sexually transmitted diseases. A cross-sectional research design was conducted to determine pornography exposure to the sexual behavior of junior high school students in South Tangerang. This research was conducted at 141 SMPNs from 3 sub-districts in July 2017 at South Tangerang City. The results showed that SMPN youth in South Tangerang had experienced behavioral changes from the effects of pornography exposure by 19.9%, compared to no behavior from the effects of pornography exposure by 80.1%. Meanwhile, respondents who have experienced the effects of exposure to pornography are more (57.4%) than those who have not experienced the effects of exposure to pornography (43.4%). The dominant factors related to behavior from the effects of exposure to pornography are class (OR 1.385) and frequency of exposure (OR 4.083), while peer influence and duration of exposure are confounding factors (indirect risk factors). It is recommended that various stakeholders strengthen monitoring of youth media use, in order to limit or reduce the circulation of pornography and its consequences. In other hand, provide information on reproductive health in a reasonable and appropriate way for adolescents to understand and comprehend, thereby improving their understanding of adolescent reproductive health.
