Pengaruh Pemberian Kurma Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Nifas di Wilayah Kerja PMB Salabiah, S.SiT Kecamatan Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe

Faktor penyebab terjadinya anemia pada masa nifas, disebabkan rendahnya asupan zat besi dan zat gizi seperti vitamin A,C, folat, riboplafin dan B12 untuk mencukupi kebutuhan zat besi dalam seharinya bisa dilakukan dengan mengkomsumsi sumber makanan hewani sebagai salah satu sumber besi yang mudah diserap, mengkomsumsi sumber makanan nabati yang merupakan sumber zat besi yang tinggi tetapi sulit diserap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kurma terhadap Haemoglobin pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja PMB Salabiah, S.SiT Kecamatan Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe pada tahun 2022. Â Jenis penelitian ini quasi-eksperiment dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group design. Adapun sampel 20 orang ibu nifas di wilayah kerja PMB Salabiah, S.SiT yang diambil dengan cara purvosive sampel. Sampel di bagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi 10 sampel dan kelompok kontrol 10 sampel. Hasil uji T-Test Independent, terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata Haemoglobin p value 0.016, pada kelompok intervensi dengan p value 0,200 dan kelompok kontrol dengan p value 0,158 yang menunjukkan data pada kedua independent t test terdistribusi normal karena p value > 0,05, sehingga ada pengaruh pemberian kurma pada ibu nifas. Ada perbedaan pengaruh kadar haemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah diberikan kurma pada ibu nifas dengan p value 0,381 Â di wilayah kerja PMB Salabiah, S.SiT Kecamatan Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe tahun 2022. Disarankan kepada instansi pemerintahan terkait di kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya untuk secara intens melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat khususnya tentang manfaat kurma dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu nifas.

Factors that cause anemia during postpartum, due to low intake of iron and nutrients such as vitamin A,C, folate, riboplafin and B12 to meet daily iron needs can be done by consuming animal food sources as a source of easily absorbed iron. plant food sources which are high sources of iron but difficult to absorb. This study aims to examine the effect  of giving dates to hemoglobin in postpartum women in the working area of the PMB Salabiah, S.SiT Kecamatan Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe District in 2022. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest with control group design. The sample is 20 postpartum mothers in the working area of the PMB Salabiah, S.SiT  which was taken by purvozive sampling. The treatment was 10 respondents and the control group was 10 respondents. The results of the Independent T-Test test, there is a difference in the average value of Haemoglobin p value 0.016, in the intervention group with p value 0.200 and the control group with p value 0.158 which shows data on both independent t test is normally distributed because p value > 0.05, so there is an effect of giving dates to postpartum mothers. There is a difference in the effect of hemoglobin levels before and after giving dates to postpartum mothers with a p value of 0.381 in the working area of PMB Salabiah, S.SiT Kecamatan Banda Sakti Lhokseumawe District in 2022. It is recommended to the relevant government agencies in South Aceh Barat Daya District to intensively educate the public, especially about the benefits of dantes to increase hemoglobin levels in postpartum women.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
