Hubungan Dukungan Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Kepatuhan Imunisasi Polio pada Bayi Usia 1 Tahun di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2023

Imunisasi dasar polio diberikan 4 kali (Polio I, II, III, dan IV) dengan interval tidak kurang dari 4 minggu. Vaksin ini diberikan sebanyak 2 tetes (0,1 ml) langsung ke mulut anak atau dengan menggunakan penetesan (dropper) yang baru (Proverawati dkk, 2010). Pemberian jangka pendek vaksin masih bersifat aman, namun dalam jangka panjang bisa berbahaya juga untuk tubuh, sehingga diberikan vaksin kedua, ketiga dan seterusnya dengan maksud untuk memperpanjang khasiat vaksin yang diberikan sebelumnya dan berguna untuk menghilangkan efek samping dari vaksin sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan Kepatuhan Imunisasi Polio pada Anak Usia 1 Tahun di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling dengan jumlah responden 83 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 1 tahun yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jeunib. Teknik analisa data univariat dan dan data bivariat menggunakan uji chi-squaer. Hasil uji statistik chi-squaer antara Hubungan Dukungan Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Kepatuhan Imunisasi Polio didapatkan nilai p (0,000) < α (0,05), maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan imunisasi polio pada anak usia 1 tahun di Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2023. Diharapkan kepada responden untuk lebih aktif mencari informasi tentang imunisasi khusus nya imunisasi polio.Â

Basic polio immunization is given 4 times (Polio I, II, III, and IV) at intervals of not less than 4 weeks. This vaccine is given as 2 drops (0.1 ml) directly into the child's mouth or by using a new dropper (Proverawati et al, 2010). Short-term administration of vaccines is still safe, but in the long term it can also be dangerous for the body, so the second, third and so on vaccines are given with the aim of prolonging the efficacy of the vaccine given before and useful for eliminating side effects from the previous vaccine. This study aims to determine the relationship between the support of health workers and Compliance with Polio Immunization in Children Aged 1 Year in the Working Area of the Juli II Health Center in Bireuen Regency. This research is a type of analytical research with a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used the Cluster Sampling technique with a total of 83 respondents who had children aged 1 year in the Work Area of the Jeunib Health Center. Univariate data analysis techniques and bivariate data using the chi-squaer test. The results of the chi-squaer statistical test between the relationship between health worker support and polio immunization compliance obtained p value (0.000) <α (0.05), then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and it could be concluded that there was a significant relationship between health worker support and immunization adherence. polio in children aged 1 year at the July II Health Center in Bireuen Regency in 2023. It is hoped that respondents will be more active in seeking information about immunization, specifically polio immunization.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
