Analisis Sistem Manajemen Pasien Rujukan dengan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Poli Rawat Jalan RSUD Puruk Cahu Kabupaten Murung Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah

Permasalaham pada sistem rujukan Di Poli Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puruk Cahu Kabupaten Murung Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah belum optimalnya sistem rujukan pada pasien baru dapat terlihat pada rujukan yang tidak sesuai dengan indikasi rujukan dan penumpukan pasien yang terjadi di RSUD dan pada akhirnya berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini berujuan unuk mengetahui Analisis Sistem Manajemen Pasien Rujukan Dengan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puruk Cahu Kabupaten Murung Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis review program (evaluasi kebijakan). Dengan 13 informan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa permasalah yang terjadi dari segi Input : Kualitas SDM yang masih kurang seperti tenaga kesehatan kurang teliti dalam pemeriksaan berkas seperti petugas salah memberikan SEP atau dokumen dan salah memberikan jadwal kunjungan pasien, mesin printer yang dirasa masih kurang untuk menunjang pelayanan dari beberapa peralatan  yang sudah terserdia seperti mesin label dan televisi belum dimaksimalkan utilisasinya, selain itu ketersedianya SOP proses pelayanan di rumah sakit yang belum dilakukan petugas dengan benar. Proses : permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pendaftaran ditemukan masih ada beberapa SDM belum bekerja sesuai SOP, masih kurangnya informasi yang diberikan oleh petugas kepada pasian mengenai alur pelayanan sehingga pasien belum mengetahui alur pelayanan di RSUD Puruk cahu. Output : dengan melihat masih terdapatnya permasalahan dalam pelayanan baik dari segi input maupun segi proses pelayanan tersediri berdampak pada pasien RSUD Puruk Cahu yang belum maksimal. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan monitoring pada pelayanan kepada petugas di bagian pendaftaran dan penilaian terkait pengukuran pengetahuan petugas dalam hal alur pelayanan dan bagaimana implementasinya di lapangan.

Problems with the referral system at the Outpatient Polyclinic of the Puruk Cahu Regional General Hospital, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, the not yet optimal referral system for new patients can be seen in referrals that are not in accordance with referral indications and the accumulation of patients that occurs in hospitals and ultimately has an impact on decreasing quality of health services. This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Referral Patient Management System with National Health Insurance (JKN) at the Puruk Cahu Regional General Hospital, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province in 2023. The research design used in this study was qualitative with the type of program review (policy evaluation). . With 13 informants. The results of the study found that the problems that occurred in terms of input: The quality of human resources was still lacking, such as health workers who were not careful in checking files such as officers incorrectly providing SEP or documents and incorrectly providing patient visit schedules, printer machines that were deemed insufficient to support the services of some equipment. The utilization of available equipment such as label machines and televisions has not been maximized, besides the availability of SOPs for service processes in hospitals that have not been carried out by officers properly. Process: problems that occurred in the registration process were found that there were still some HR who had not worked according to the SOP, there was still a lack of information provided by officers to patients regarding the service flow so that patients did not know the service flow at Puruk Cahu Hospital. Output: by seeing that there are still problems in services, both in terms of input and in terms of service processes, the impact on Puruk Cahu Hospital patients is not maximized. It is suggested that monitoring should be carried out on services to officers in the registration and assessment related to measuring the knowledge of officers in terms of service flow and how it is implemented in the field.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
