Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kepatuhan Kunjungan Masa Nifas pada Ibu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lau Baleng Kabupaten Karo Tahun 2023

Masa nifas (puerperium) merupakan masa yang dimulai setelah plasenta keluar dan berakhir ketika alat-alat kandungan kembali seperti keadaan semula (sebelum hamil) ,dan berlangsung selama kira-kira 6 minggu. Data Puskesmas Lau Baleng Kabupaten Karo 2019 diketahui ibu nifas yang patuh melakukan kunjungan masa nifas sebanyak 4 kali kunjungan sebanyak 175 ibu (43%) dari jumlah target ibu nifas sebesar 407 ibu dan jumlah ibu melahirkan satu bulan terakhir sebanyak 49 ibu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan masa nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lau Baleng Kabupaten Karo Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang sudah melahirkan (ibu nifas) 5-8 minggu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lau Baleng Kabupaten Karo sebanyak 70 ibu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total population sebanyak 70 ibu. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis bivariat diketahui nilai p masing-masing variabel yaitu pengetahuan sebesar 0,001<0,05, sikap sebesar 0,005<0,05, Â aksesbilitas sebesar 0,000<0,05, dukungan keluarga sebesar 0,000<0,05 dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan sebesar 0,042<0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, aksesbilitas, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan masa nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lau Baleng Kabupaten Karo Tahun 2023.

Puerperium occurs after the placenta comes out and ends when the uterine returns to its original state (before pregnancy) and lasts for 6 weeks. Data from Lau Baleng Center in 2023 revealed 175 mothers (43%) compliance visiting for 4 times of the target number of postpartum mothers by 407 mothers and the number of mothers giving birth in the last month amounted 49 mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the associated factors with postpartum visits in the Work Area of Lau Baleng Center in Karo Regency in 2023. The study was analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had given birth 5-8 weeks in the working area of Lau Baleng Center amounted 70 mothers and all areas sample. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analyses with Chi-Square statistical test. The results of the study with bivariate analysis revealed that the p-value of each variable was knowledge of .001<.05, an attitude of .005<.05, accessibility of 0.000<.05, family support of 0.000<.05 and support of health workers amounting to .042<.05. The conclusion that the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, accessibility, family support and support of health workers with adherence to postpartum visits at Lau Baleng found in 2023. It is recommended for health workers to further, enhance their role in promoting the benefits of puerperium visits wherever they are assigned more support the mother to be active in conducting postpartum visits.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
