The Covid19 pandemic requires staff to work from home (WFH) to break the chain and prevent the transmission and spread of Covid19 in the work environment. This research aims to determine workers' experiences with WFH and the impacts caused while workers undergo WFH. The research method is simple descriptive, by collecting data distributed via online applications starting from April to June 2020. The results of this research show that lecturers and teachers are the majority of workers who WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic with various WFH experiences. WFH will be implemented well if it is supported by internal (family support) and external (workplace support) factors.
