Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Terhadap Pekerja Bagian Operator SPBU Di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan

Kelelahan kerja merupakan suatu kondisi yang mengakibatkan turunnya produktivitas kerja, ditandai dengan meningkatnya kesalahan di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pekerja (umur, jenis kelamin, dan masa kerja), serta penerapan sistem shift kerja, beban kerja, dan stres kerja pada pegawai di sektor SPBU Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi analitik cross-sectional dengan prosedur pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yang mencakup total sampel 88 pekerja. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square dengan batas kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Karakteristik Responden, usia pekerja < 35 tahun (87.5%) dan ≥35 berjumlah (12.5%). Jenis kelamin laki-laki (62.5%) dan Perempuan (37.5%). Masa Kerja 8 jam (75%) dan (25%) lebih dari 8 jam. (2) Responden yang mengalami shift kerja (88.6%) dan tidak mengalami shift kerja (11.4%). (3) Responden dengan beban kerja ringan (67%) dan beban kerja berat (33%). (4) Responden yang mengalami stress kerja (25%), tidak mengalami stress kerja (75%). (5) Responden yang mengalami kelelahan (75%) dan (25%) tidak mengalami kelelahan. (6) Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin dan shift kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dengan p-value 0,061 ≥ α 0,05 dan 0,129 > α 0,05 serta 0,061 ≥ α 0,05. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dinyatakan bahwa waktu kerja, beban kerja, dan stres kerja semuanya berdampak pada kelelahan pekerja, dengan p-values masing-masing 0,001, 0,05, dan 0,001. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, sebaiknya pegawai operator SPBU Divisi Percut Sei Tuan untuk dapat memperhatikan diri sendiri saat bekerja dan berhenti ketika mulai merasa lelah secara fisik.

Work fatigue is a condition that results in a decrease in work productivity, marked by an increase in errors in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of workers (age, gender, and years of service), as well as the application of the work shift system, workload, and work stress on employees in the gas station sector, Percut Sei Tuan District in 2022. This study used a cross analytic methodology. -sectional sampling procedure using a total sampling which includes a total sample of 88 workers. Data analysis performed was univariate and bivariate with chi square test with a significance limit of = 0.05. The results of this study are: (1) Characteristics of respondents, the age of workers <35 years (87.5%) and 35 (12.5%). Gender is male (62.5%) and female (37.5%). Working period of 8 hours (75%) and (25%) more than 8 hours. (2) Respondents who experienced work shifts (88.6%) and did not experience work shifts (11.4%). (3) Respondents with light workload (67%) and heavy workload (33%). (4) Respondents who experience work stress (25%), do not experience work stress (75%). (5) Respondents who experienced fatigue (75%) and (25%) did not experience fatigue. (6) There is no relationship between age, gender and shift work with work fatigue with pvalue 0.061 0.05 and 0.129 > 0.05 and 0.061 0.05. From the results of the analysis it is stated that working time, workload, and work stress all have an impact on worker fatigue, with p-values of 0.001, 0.05, and 0.001 respectively. Based on this, it is advisable for employees of the gas station operator of the Percut Sei Tuan Division to be able to pay attention to themselves while working and stop when they start to feel physically tired.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
