Pengaruh Pedidikan Kesehatan Terhadap Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet Fe Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya

Latar Belakang : Anemia adalah suatu kondisi medis dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau hemoglobin kurang dari normal. Prevalensi ibu-ibu hamil di seluruh dunia yang mengalami anemia sebesar 41, 8%. Angka anemia di Indonesia selama lima tahun terkahir mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 11.8% dan pada tahun 2022 mencapai 48.9%. Peningkatan anemia ini terjadi karena kurangnya Kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe selama masa kehamilannya.Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Metodelogi Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan one group pretest dan posttest. Jumlah sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebanyak 87 responden. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Puskemas Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya pada tanggal 24 Juli s/d 07 Agustus 2023. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon karena dari hasil uji normalitas data diperoleh hasil bahwa data tidak berdistribusi secara normal. Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat peningkatan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sebanyak 14 responden. Nilai P= 0.000. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Saran : Petugas kesehatan perlu meningkatkan intensitas promosi dan pendidikan kesehatan khususnya tentang dampak anemia selama kehamilan serta pentingnya mengkonsumsi tabel Fe pada ibu hamil

Background: Anemia is a medical condition where the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin is less than normal. The prevalence of pregnant women worldwide who experience anemia is 41.8%. The anemia rate in Indonesia over the last five years has increased by 11.8% and in 2022 will reach 48.9%. This increase in anemia occurs due to the lack of compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets during their pregnancy. Research Objective: To determine the effect of health education on pregnant women's compliance in consuming Fe tablets. Research Methodology: The research design used in this research is quasi-experimental with a one group pretest and posttest design. The number of samples taken using the Slovin formula was 87 respondents. This research was carried out at the Ulim Community Health Center, Pidie Jaya Regency from July 24 to August 7 2023. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test because the results of the data normality test showed that the data was not normally distributed. Research Results: There was an increase in the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets by 14 respondents. P value = 0.000. Conclusion: There is an influence between health education on pregnant women's compliance in consuming Fe tablets. Suggestion: Health workers need to increase the intensity of health promotion and education, especially about the impact of anemia during pregnancy and the importance of consuming Fe table for pregnant women.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
