Dukungan Suami Dengan Kepatuhan Antenatal Care Pada Ibu Hamildi Puskesmas Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) ke Puskesmas Peukan Bada Tahun 2023 angka kunjungan antenatal care sebesar 63,6%. Kurangnya kunjungan ibu hamil dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya dukungan suami yang meliputi dukungan emosional, instrumental, informasional dan penghargaan yang membuat ibu tidak ingin melakukan pemeriksaan ANC secara teratur. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan Kepatuhan antenatal care pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh BesarTahun 2023. Desain penelitian Deskriptif Korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Populasi penelitian yaitu 55 ibu hamil trimester III. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 21 s.d 28 Juni 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan suami (P = 0,001), dukungan emosional (P = 0,001), dukungan instrumental (P = 0,008), dan dukungan penghargaan (P = 0,039) dengan kepatuhan pemeriksaan antenatal care pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2023. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasional, dukungan penghargaan menjadi bagian dalam dukungan suami dengan Kepatuhan antenatal care pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh BesarTahun 2023. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan memberikan sosialisasi serta meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya patuh dalam pemeriksaan ANC yaitu minimal empat kali selama masa kehamilan dan bagi suami diharapkan memberikan dukungan yang lebih dari biasanya ketika ibu mengandung, seperti memberikan apa yang dibutuhkan ibu selama kehamilan dan ikut mengantarkan ibu ketika melakukan kunjungan ANC.

Report of the Peukan Bada Health Center in 2022 the number of antenatal care visits for pregnant women is still below the national target, which is below 51%, this has not reached the national target, which is 95%. The lack of Antenatal Care (ANC) visits to pregnant women is influenced by the lack of husband's support which includes emotional, instrumental, informational and appreciation support which makes mothers not want to do ANC examinations regularly. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between husband's support and adherence to antenatal care for pregnant women in the Working Area of the Peukan Bada Health Center, Aceh Besar District in 2023. Correlative Descriptive research design with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The study population was 55 third trimester pregnant women. The number of samples is 55 respondents. This research was conducted from 21 to 28 June 2023. The results showed that there was a relationship between husband's support (P = 0.001), emotional support (P = 0.001), instrumental support (P = 0.008), and appreciation support (P = 0.039). with adherence to antenatal care examinations for pregnant women in the Peukan Bada Health Center Work Area, Aceh Besar District in 2023. The conclusions of this study are emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, appreciation support as part of husband support with antenatal care compliance for pregnant women in the Work Area Peukan Bada Health Center, Aceh Besar District in 2023. It is recommended that health workers provide socialization and increase counseling about the importance of carrying out complete ANC visits, namely at least four times during pregnancy. For husbands, it is expected to provide more support than usual when the mother is pregnant, such as providing what the mother needs during pregnancy and accompanying the mother during ANC visits.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
