Gambaran Sistem Penyimpanan Obat di Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar Periode Agustus 2023

Penyimpanan obat merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pengelolaan obat di Puskesmas. Penyimpanan obat merupakan salah satu cara pemeliharaan perbekalan farmasi sehingga aman dari gangguan fisik dan pencurian yang dapat merusak kualitas suatu obat. Penyimpanan harus dapat menjamin kualitas dan keamanan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan persyaratan kefarmasian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyimpanan obat di Puskesmas Darul Imarah Aceh Besar tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dimana data akan dipaparkan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Data yang diperoleh melalui daftar tilik dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase. tentang pedoman pengelolaan obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan, Penyimpanan Obat di apotek Puskesmas meliputi keadaan tata ruang / gudang, penyimpanan obat, pencatatan kartu stok, dan pengamatan mutu. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa penyimpanan obat di gudang obat Puskesmas Darul Imarah Aceh Besar meliputi keadaan tata ruang/gudang dengan persentase nilai 84,62% telah memenuhi persyaratan, cara penyimpanan obat 85,71%, pencatatan kartu stok 100% serta pengamatan mutu obat 90% adalah baik atau telah memenuhi persyaratan dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Drug stroge is an important factor in drug management at the puskesmas. drug stroge is one way to maintain pharmaceutical suplies so that they are safe from physical tampering and theft which can damage the quality of a drug. Storage must be able to guarantee the quality and safety of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables according to pharmaceutical requirements. This study aims to find out the description of drug storage at the Darul Imarah Aceh Besar Health Center in 2023. This research uses a descriptive method where the data will be presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Data obtained through chekclists were analyzed descriptively using percentages. regarding guidelines for the management of public medicines and medical supplies. Drug stroge at the puskesmas pharmacy includes spatial/warwhouse conditions, drug storage, stock card recording, and quality monitoring. The results of the study found that drug storage in the drug warehouse at the Darul Imarah Aceh Besar Health Center included spatial/warehouse conditions with a percentage value of 84.62% fulfilling the requirements, drug storage method 85.71%, stock card recording 100% and drug quality observation 90% is good or has met the terms and conditions set by the ministry of health of the republic of indonesia.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
