Perilaku Kepatuhan Pemakaian Masker Dalam Pencegahan Infeksi Nosokomial Di Poli Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Kota Banda Aceh

Di Rumah sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati tidak semua pasien menggunakan masker dan terdapat juga petugas yang tidak menggunakan masker dengan benar dimana petugas kesehatan meletakkan maskernya dibawah mulutnya. pasien yang berkunjung ke RSPUR banyak yang tidak menggunakan masker lagi semenjak kasus Covid-19 menurun pada akhir tahun 2021 lalu dikarenakan tidak nyaman jika menggunakanmasker. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perilaku kepatuhan pemakaian masker dalam pencegahan infeksi nosokomial di poli rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2023. Metode penelitian bersifat analitik deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan CrossSectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 7373 orang dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 67 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling.Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan pada 16-21 Agustus 2023 di Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisa statistik menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara perilaku kepatuhan pemakaian masker dengan pencegahan infeksi nosokomial di poli rawat jalan rumah sakit pertamedika ummi rosnati tahun 2023 dengan nilai p value 0,000. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan perilaku kepatuhan pemakaian masker dengan pencegahan infeksi nosokomial di poli rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Kota Banda Aceh.

At the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, not all patients use masks and there are also officers who do not use masks properly where health workers put their masks under their mouths. many patients who visit RSPUR have not used masks since Covid-19 cases decreased at the end of 2021 because they are uncomfortable wearing masks. The purpose of the study was to determine the compliance behavior of wearing masks in preventing nosocomial infections in the outpatient clinic of Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh City in 2023. The research method is descriptive analytic using a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were 7373 people with a total sample size of 67 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The research was conducted on August 16-21, 2023 at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh City. The results of the study based on statistical analysis using the chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between the compliance behavior of wearing masks with the prevention of nosocomial infections in the outpatient clinic of the Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital in 2023 with a p value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the compliance behavior of wearing masks and the prevention of nosocomial infections in the outpatient clinic of Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh City.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
