Penerapan Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart Dalam Mengontrol Halusinasi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Pemerintah Aceh

Halusinasi merupakan diagnosa keperawatan terbanyak dan rata-rata lebih dari 60% pasien rawat inap diagnosa keperawatannya adalah halusinasi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Pemerintah Aceh. Tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada pasien halusinasi adalah pendekatan secarapsikologi, memberikan obat-obatan dan kegiatan kerohanian. Pengobatan secara non farmakologi dengan terapi musik mozart bermanfaat untuk pasien yang terisolir dalam lembaga rehabilitasi untuk ketenangan jiwa pasien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan terapi musik klasik mozart dalam mengontrol halusinasi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimen) dengan rancangan penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu 116.466 pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 responden terdiri dari 15 kelompokkontrol dan 15 kelompok intervensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan tanggal 25 sampai dengan 30 Januari 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pasien halusianasi sebelum diberikan terapi musik mozart yaitu 21,47 dengan nilai standar deviasi (SD) sebesar 5,718. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata skala pasien halusianasi setelah diberikan terapi musik mozart yaitu 20,93 dengan nilai standar deviasi (SD) sebesar 6.112. Hasil uji statistik memperlihatkan nilai uji T Paired sebesar 2,477 dan nilai P value 0,027 yang artinya ada pengaruh sebelum dan setelah diberikan penerapan terapi musik klasik mozart dalam mengontrol halusinasi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2023. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh sebelum diberikan penerapan terapi musik klasik mozart dalam mengontrol halusinasi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Pemerintah Aceh Tahun 2023.

Hallucinations are the loss of human ability to distinguish internal stimuli (thoughts) and external stimuli (the outside world). Music therapy is an effort to improve physical and mental quality with sound stimulation consisting of melody, rhythm, harmony, timbre, shape and style which are organized in such a way as to create music that is beneficial for physical and mental health. The aim of the study was to find out the application of Mozart's classical music therapy in controlling hallucinations in hallucinatory patients at the Aceh Government Psychiatric Hospital in 2022. The quasi-experimental research design (quasi experiment) with the research design was a pretest-posttest control group design. The research population is 15 mothers giving birth. The number of samples is 30 respondents. This research was conducted from May 1 to June 17, 2022. The results showed that the average hallucination of patients before being given Mozart music therapy was 21.47 with a standard deviation value (SD) of 5.718. Meanwhile, the average value of the hallucinatory patient scale after being given Mozart music therapy was 20.93 with a standard deviation (SD) value of 6,112. The results of the statistical test showed that the T Paired test value was 2.477 and the P value was 0.027, which means that there was an effect before being given the application of Mozart's classical music therapy in controlling hallucinations at the Aceh Government Psychiatric Hospital in 2023. The conclusion in this study was that there was an effect before being given the application of music therapy classic mozart in controlling hallucinations at the Aceh Government Psychiatric Hospital in 2023.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
