Hubungan Usia Menarche dan Lama Menarche dengan Dismenorea di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kembang Tanjong Kabupaten Pidie Tahun 2023

Latar Belakang Prevalensi dismenore di Indonesia diperkirakan 55% perempuan dengan usia reproduktif kesulitan beraktifitas karena mengalami nyeri selama menstruasi. Prevalensi dismenore di Aceh cukup besar, penderita dismenore mencapai 50-60%. Angka kejadian dismenore primer berkisar 54,89% sedangkan sisanya 45,11% adalah dismenore sekunder. Angka yang sama juga tergambar dari hasil studi pendahuluan awal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kembang Tanjong didapatkan 60% Remaja putri mengalami dismenore. Tujuan Penelitian  Mengetahui  Hubungan Usia Menarche dan Lama Menarche dengan Dismenorea di Puskemas Kembang Tanjong Kabupaten Pidie. Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kembang Tanjong Kabupaten Pidie. berjumlah 547 orang dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel proportional stratified random sampling berjumlah 85 orang. Penelitian dilakukan 10 s/d 14 Februari 2023 Hasil Penelitian didapatkan Ada hubungan usia menarche (Ï value 0.00), lama mentruasi (Ï value 0.01) dengan dismenore pada remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kembang Tanjong Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2023. Adanya hubungan Usia menarche, lama menstruasi dengan dismenore di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kembang Tanjong Kabupaten  Pidie Tahun 2023.Diharapkan untuk dapat di gunakan sebagai masukan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar lebih meningkatkan perhatian terhadap program kesehatan remaja khususnya tentang dismenore dan cara mengatasinya

Background: The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is estimated at 55% of women of reproductive age who have difficulty carrying out activities because they experience pain during menstruation. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Aceh is quite large, with dysmenorrhea sufferers reaching 50-60%. The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea is around 54.89%, while the remaining 45.11% is secondary dysmenorrhea. The same figure is also reflected in the results of an initial preliminary study in the Kembang Tanjong Community Health Center working area which found that 60% of young women experienced dysmenorrhea. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between age of menarche and duration of menarche with dysmenorrhoea at the Kembang Tanjong Community Health Center, Pidie Regency. Research Method This research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all young women in the working area of the Kembang Tanjong Community Health Center, Pidie Regency. totaling 547 people with a proportional stratified random sampling technique totaling 85 people. The research was conducted from 10 to 14 February 2023. The research results showed that there was a relationship between the age of menarche (Ï value 0.00), the length of menstruation (Ï value 0.01) and dysmenorrhea in young women in the working area of the Kembang Tanjong Community Health Center, Pidie Regency in 2023. It is hoped that it can be used as input for health workers to increase their attention to adolescent health programs, especially regarding dysmenorrhea and how to overcome it.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
