Pengaruh Pola Asuh dan Pendapatan Keluarga Terhadap Kejadian Stunting pada Balita di Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2023

Stunting merupakan gambaran kejadian kurang gizi pada balita yang berlangsung pada waktu yang lama. Stunting memiliki dampak terhadap kehidupan diantaranya berupa peningkatan risiko terjadinya morbiditas dan mortalitas yang disebabkan oleh infeksi. Selain itu, stunting dapat menyebabkan gangguan kognitif dan perilaku. Prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Kecamatan Meuraxa tahun 2020 sebanyak 330 balita yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Meuraxa dan terdapat 67 (20%) balita mengalami stunting, 2021 dari 376 balita yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Meuraxa terdapat sebanyak 81 (22%) balita mengalami stunting, tahun 2022 dari 411 balita yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Meuraxa terdapat 142 (35%) dan bahkan naik ditahun 2023 dari 402 balitas yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Meuraxa terdapat 204 (51%) mengalami stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh dan pendapatan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita di Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Adapun desain penelitian ini menggunakan case control. Jumlah sampel diambil dengan perbandingan 1:1 yaitu sejumlah 82 sampel. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai p= 0.047 dan OR = 2.708 untuk variabel pola asuh, dan nilai p = 0.046 nilai OR = 2.723 untuk variabel pendapatan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pola asuh dan pendapatan terhadap kejadian stunting. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankankepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat meningkatkan promosi kesehatan tentang pentingnya pola asuh yang tepat yang diberikan orang tua ke pada anaknya agar kecukupan zat gizi dapat terpenuhi dengan baik, serta penting juga menjaga personal hygiene agar terhindar dari berbagai masalah kesehatan yang berdampak pada kejadian stunting.

Stunting is a description of malnutrition in toddlers that lasts for a long time. Stunting has an impact on life, including increasing the risk of morbidity and mortality caused by infection. In addition, stunting can cause cognitive and behavioral disorders. The highest prevalence of stunting in Meuraxa District in 2020 was 330 toddlers who visited the Meuraxa Community Health Center and there were 67 (20%) toddlers experiencing stunting, in 2021 of the 376 toddlers who visited the Meuraxa Community Health Center there were 81 (22%) toddlers experiencing stunting, in 2022 from Of the 411 toddlers who visited the Meuraxa Community Health Center, there were 142 (35%) and this will even increase in 2023. Of the 402 toddlers who visited the Meuraxa Community Health Center, 204 (51%) experienced stunting. This research aims to determine the influence of parenting patterns and income on the incidence of stunting among toddlers at the Meuraxa Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City. The design of this research uses case control. The number of samples was taken in a 1:1 ratio, namely 82 samples. Data analysis used the chi square test. The results of the research show that the p value = 0.047 and OR = 2.708 for the parenting pattern variable, and the p value = 0.046, OR = 2.723 for the income variable, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of parenting style and income on the incidence of stunting. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that health workers be able to increase health promotion regarding the importance of appropriate parenting patterns given by parents to their children so that nutritional adequacy can be met properly, and it is also important to maintain personal hygiene to avoid various health problems that have an impact on incidents. stunting.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
