Faktor Risiko Timbulnya Gejala Dermatitis Pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat Tahun 2023

Dermatitis adalah peradangan pada kulit yang ditandai dengan ciri-ciri seperti gatal, kemerahan, mengelupas dan timbul bintil-bintil berisi cairan yang disebabkan oleh substansi yang menempel pada kulit. Berdasarkan data dari puskesmas Meureubo dari bulan Januari hingga September tahun 2023 penyakit dermatitis ini termasuk 10 penyakit terbesar yang pernah dialami balita yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah kerja puskesmas Meureubo terdapat sebanyak 110 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa faktor risiko timbulnya gejala dermatitis pada balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah rencangan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita yaitu sebanyak 2.266 orang. Sampel sebanyak 96 orang balita, dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian bahwa adanya pengaruh lingkungan rumah (Pvalue =0,004 dan PR= 1,680), personal hygiene (Pvalue =0,003 dan PR= 1,826), dan riwayat alergi (pvalue =0,000 dan PR= 2,520) terhadap timbulnya gejala dermatitis pada balita.

Dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin characterized by characteristics such as itching, redness, peeling and fluid-filled pustules caused by substances that stick to the skin. Based on data from the Meureubo health center from January to September 2023, dermatitis is among the 10 biggest diseases experienced by toddlers who live in the Meureubo health center working area, there are 110 cases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for the onset of dermatitis symptoms in toddlers in the working area of the meureubo health center, West Aceh Regency. This research method is an analytic observational plan with a cross sectional approach. This study was conducted at the Meureubo Health Center Work Area, West Aceh Regency. The study population was all mothers who had toddlers as many as 2,266 people. The sample was 96 toddlers, analyzed using Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of the home environment (pvalue = 0.004 and PR = 1.680), personal hygiene (pvalue = 0.003 and PR = 1.826), and allergic history (pvalue = 0.000 < and PR = 2.520) on the onset of dermatitis symptoms in toddlers.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
