Analisis Perilaku Pemeliharaan Kebersihan Gigi dan Mulut di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Dham Lubuk Pada Murid Kelas IV dan V Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar

Perilaku kebersihan gigi dan mulut meliputi pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan yang diberikan dengan konsep sehat dan sakit gigi serta upaya pencegahan. Pemeliharaan pada fase perkembangan anak masih sangat bergantung pada bantuan orang dewasa. Berdasarkan wawancara kuisioner yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Dhamm Lubuk Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar dengan 50 siswa yang mengalami kebersihan gigi dan mulut buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Perilaku Pemeliharaan Kebersihan Gigi Dan Mulut Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Dham Lubuk Pada Murid Kelas IV Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28-29 maret 2022. Dengan jumlah populasi 50 murid kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Dham Lubuk,teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 50 orang murid diketahui jumlah siswa yang kategori pengetahuannya baik sebanyak 35 murid (70 %). Sedangkan sikap kategori kurang baik sebanyak 32 murid (64 %), dan jumlah murid dengan kategori tindakannya kurang baik sebanyak 36 murid (72 %). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang pemeliharaan gigi dan mulut pada murid kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Dham Lubuk berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan sikap tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada murid kelas IV adan V SD Negeri Dham Lubuk berada pada kategori kurang baik, dan tindakan tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada murid kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Dham Lubuk berada pada kategori kurang baik. Disarankan kepada siswa kelas IV dan V SD Negeri Dham Lubuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan sikap, tindakan dalam pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut.

Dental and oral hygiene behavior includes knowledge, attitudes and actions provided with the concept of health and toothache as well as prevention efforts. Maintenance in the developmental phase of children is still very dependent on adult assistance. Based on questionnaire interviews conducted with students in grades IV and V of SD Negeri Dhamm Lubuk, Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar with 50 students who experienced poor dental and oral hygiene. This research aims to determine the description of the behavior of maintaining dental and oral hygiene at the Dham Lubuk State Elementary School among Class IV Students in Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar in 2021. This research is descriptive, carried out on 28-29 March 2022. With a population of 50 class students IV and V SD Negeri Dham Lubuk, the sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique using the interview method. The results of this research show that out of 50 students, it is known that the number of students whose knowledge category is good is 35 students (70%). Meanwhile, the attitude category was not good as many as 32 students (64%), and the number of students whose actions were categorized as not good was 36 students (72%). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that knowledge about maintaining dental and oral hygiene in students in grades IV and V at SD Negeri Dham Lubuk is in the good category, while attitudes about maintaining dental and oral hygiene in students in grades IV and V at SD Negeri Dham Lubuk are in the poor category. , and actions regarding maintaining oral hygiene in students of grades IV and V at SD Negeri Dham Lubuk are in the poor category. It is recommended that students in grades IV and V at SD Negeri Dham Lubuk increase their knowledge and improve their attitudes and actions in maintaining dental and oral hygiene.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
