Pengaruh Promosi Kesehatan Menggunakan Video Terhadap Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang HIV/AIDS di SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang

Pendahuluan : HIV/AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrom) merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Provinsi Aceh yaitu Karang Baru. Masa inkubasi HIV/AIDS sekitar 5-10 tahun, maka diperkirakan kontak pertama terjadi pada usia remaja. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan menggunakan video terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS di SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Jenis penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Pre-Experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 orang dengan menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil : Hasil analisis yang didapat pada siswa mempunyai rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum (7,83) dan setelah (11,73) diberikan perlakuan promosi kesehatan menggunakan video. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dengan media video dengan (p=0,000). Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test pada pengetahuan remaja didapatkan p value = 0,000 < α =0,05. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh promosi kesehatan menggunakan video terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS di SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.

Background : The viral illness known as HIV/AIDS, or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, is still prevalent in Indonesia. Karang Baru, one of the subdistricts of Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province, is one of these subdistricts. Since HIV/AIDS takes five to ten years to incubate, adolescence is thought to be the time of first encounter. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to ascertain how teens' awareness of HIV/AIDS at SMA Negeri 2 Perpilotan Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency, is affected by health promotion via films. Methods : This kind of study uses a pretest-posttest design that is one group oriented and quantitative, utilizing a pre-experimental research design. All of the teens at SMA Negeri 2 Pilot Karang Baru made up the study's population. Using the Accidental Sampling Technique, a sample of 36 individuals was used for the study. The Paired Sample T-Test is used in research analysis. Results : According to the analysis results, pupils' average knowledge was 7.83 before and 11.73 after receiving video-based health promotion treatment. The study's findings indicated that there was a significant change in knowledge between the pre- and post-video media treatment periods (p=0.000). The results of the Paired Sample T-Test on adolescent knowledge showed p value = 0.000 < α = 0.05. Conclusion : The study's findings indicated that teens' awareness of HIV/AIDS at SMA Negeri 2 Pilot Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency, was impacted by health promotion via films.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
