Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester III Tentang Tanda-Tanda Bahaya Kehamilan Dengan Kepatuhan Melakukan Kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) di UPTD Puskesmas Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan substansi dibanyak negara-negara berkembang. Secara global lebih dari 40% ibu hamil mungkin mengalami masalah obstetri akut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil trimester III tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan dengan kepatuhan melakukan kunjungan ANC di UPTD Puskesmas Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang ada di UPTD Puskesmas Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 33 responden.
Dari hasil uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai p (0,012) < α (0,05) berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan demikian didapatkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan dengan kepatuhan melakukan ANC selama hamil. Dari hasil uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai p (0,004) < α (0,05) berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan demikan didapatkan ada hubungan antara sikap dengan kepatuhan melakukan ANC pada masa kehamilan. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan melakukan kunjungan ANC pada masa kehamilan ditunjukkan dengan nilai p value (0,012) < α (0,05). Ada hubungan antara sikap dengan kepatuhan melakukan kunjungan ANC pada masa kehamilan ditunjukkan dengan nilai p value (0,004) < α (0,05).
Penelitian ini diharapkan agar responden aktif melakukan kunjungan ANC selama masa kehamilan dari sejak trimester I hingga trimester ke III minimal 6 kali selama hamil .

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a substance in many developing countries. Globally more than 40% of pregnant women may experience acute obstetric problems. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the third trimester regarding the danger signs of pregnancy with compliance with ANC visits at the UPTD Samalanga Health Center, Bireuen Regency.
The research design used is analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women at the UPTD Samalanga Health Center, Bireuen Regency. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling technique of 33 respondents.
From the results of the Chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), the calculation results show that the p value (0.012) < α (0.05) means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, it is found that there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge about the signs and symptoms. Danger signs of pregnancy with adherence to ANC during pregnancy. This research hopes that respondents will actively make ANC visits during pregnancy from the first trimester to the third trimester at least 6 times during pregnancy.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
