HUBUNGAN DETERMINAN SANITASI LINGKUNGAN RUMAH TANGGA DENGAN RISIKO DIARE PADA BALITA

Di provinsi Sumatera Barat, prevalensi diare pada anak kecil pada tahun 2021 sebesar 9,3%. Berdasarkan data Profil Kesehatan tahun 2022, jumlah kasus diare yang terdeteksi pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 25.053 kasus.Di Kota Padang, jumlah kasus diare pada balita pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.199 kasus, meningkat dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya (906 kasus), dan jumlah kasus diare pada semua kelompok umur sebanyak 5.970 kasus.Jumlah kasus yang terdeteksi meningkat dibandingkan tahun 2021 (4.114). Semua puskesmas di kota Padang, yang memiliki kasus tertingggi pada balita terdapat di puskesmas Pegambiran dengan total kasus diare yang ditangani 142 kasus. Kelurahan Gates Nan XX memiliki angka prevalensi tertinggi terjadinya diare pada balita yaitu 35,93%. Penelitian bertujuan untu mengetahui tingkat kepadatan lalat dan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dengan risiko diare pada balita di kelurahan Gates Nan XX, Kota Padang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 55 responden. Uji statistic yang digunakan yaitu Chi-Square (α= 5%). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan angka kepadatan lalat memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian diare dengan p value = 0,001, dan nilai Prevalence Ratio (PR) = 2,979. Adapun pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian diare dengan p value = 0,001,dan nilai Prevalence Ratio (PR) = 3,083.Disarankan kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Gates Nan XX, Kota Padang, meningkatkan kesadaran akan potensi penyebab diare, seperti mengurangi wilayah perkembangbiakan lalat dan meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan rumah.

In West Sumatra province, the prevalence of diarrhea in young children in 2021 is 9.3%. Based on Health Profile data for 2022, the number of diarrhea cases detected in 2022 was 25,053 cases. In Padang City, the number of diarrhea cases in toddlers in 2022 will be 1,199 cases, an increase compared to the previous year (906 cases), and the number of diarrhea cases in all age groups will be 5,970 cases. The number of cases detected increased compared to 2021 (4,114). Of all the community health centers in the city of Padang, which has the highest number of cases among children under five, it is the Pegambiran community health center with a total of 142 diarrhea cases handled. Gates Nan XX sub-district has the highest prevalence rate of diarrhea in toddlers, namely 35.93%. The research aims to determine the level of fly density and household waste management with the risk of diarrhea in toddlers in the Gates Nan XX sub-district, Padang City. The research design used was a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique with a sample size of 55 respondents. The statistical test used is Chi-Square (α= 5%). The research results show that fly density numbers are related to the incidence of diarrhea with p value = 0.001, and Prevalence Ratio (PR) = 2.979. Meanwhile, household waste management has a relationship with the incidence of diarrhea with p value = 0.001, and Prevalence Ratio (PR) = 3.083. It is recommended that people in the Gates Nan XX sub-district, Padang City, increase awareness of the potential causes of diarrhea, such as reducing fly breeding areas and improving the cleanliness of the home environment.

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
