FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI INDIKASI SECTIO CAESAREA PADA IBU BERSALIN DI RUMAH SAKIT AVICENNA BIREUEN

Sebesar 10-15% dari semua persalinan dilakukan dengan sectio caesarea. Angka kejadian persalinan dengan sectio caesarea tanpa indikasi medis di setiap negara mencapai 2,10%. Insidensi sectio caesarea dalam masing-masing unit obstetrik bergantung pada populasi pasien dan sikap dokter. Sekarang ini angkanya berkisar sekitar 10 sampai 40% dari semua kelahiran, karena sectio caesarea telah ikut mengurangi angka kematian perinatal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi indikasi sectio caesarea pada ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Avicenna Bireuen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Avicenna Bireuen. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Juni 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh persalinan di tahun 2024 (Januari sampai Maret) di Rumah Sakit Avicenna Kabupaten Bireuen sebanyak 356 kasus. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proses pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik total populasi. Dari hasil uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara lilitan tali pusat dengan kejadian section caesarea (0,012), riwayat sectui caesarea (0,000), disproporsi kepaka panggul (0,037), letak lintang (0,031), ketuban pecah dini (0,017). Dan yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu kejadian postdate (0,219) dan letak sungsang (0,116).
Penelitian ini diharapkan agar dapat menjadi bahan referensi agar penanganan komplikasi pada persalinan dapat ditangani secara tepat sehingga tidak terjadi kegawatdaruratan pada ibu maupun janin.

Now This the numbers range about 10 to 40% of all birth, because section caesarean has follow reduce number perinatal mortality. Research This done with objective For know The factors that influence indication section caesarean on Mother giving birth at Avicenna Bireuen Hospital.
The design research used is study analytic with approach cross sectional. The research This has carried out at home Sick Avicenna Bireuen.This study has implemented on June 29, 2024.The Population in This study is all over delivery in 2024 (January until March) at Home Avicenna Hospital District Bireuen as many as 356 cases.
The sample using a data collection process with use total population technique .Based on the results test Chi-square with level 95% confidence (α = 0.05) results calculation shw that There is influence between coil rope center with incidence of caesarean section (0.012), history sect caesarea (0.000), disproportion head pelvis (0.037), location latitude (0.031), amniotic fluid broken early (0.017). And those who don't influential that is postdate event (0.219) and location breech (0.116).
This Studys expected to be able to become material reference for handling complications on labor can handled in a way appropriate so that No happen emergency on Mother and also fetus.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
