PENGARUH SENAM HAMIL DENGAN NYERI PUNGGUNG PADA IBU HAMIL PADA TRIMESTER III DI RUMAH SAKIT NURUL HASANAH ACEH TENGGARA 2024

Salah satu ketidaknyamanan yang sering timbul pada kehamilan adalah nyeri punggung. Nyeri punggung merupakan gangguan yang banyak dialami oleh ibu hamil sepanjang masamasa kehamilan hingga periode pasca natal. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengurangi nyeri punggung selama kehamilan adalah dengan melakukan senam hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai Hubungan Senam Hamil Terhadap Nyeri Punggung Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di Rs Nurul Hasanah Kutacane. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di RS Nurul Hasanah kutacane pada bulan september 2024. sampel sebanyak 47 orang ibu hamil dengan tekhnik Acciddental sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Diperoleh p value = 0,000, dimana p value lebih kecil dari ? (0,05), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara senam hamil terhadap nyeri punggung di RS Nurul Hasanah kutacane. Dari uji statistik juga diperoleh nilai OR (Odds Ratio) = 2,500 artinya ibu yang tidak melakukan senam hamil 2.5 kali lebih tinggi berisiko mengalami nyeri punggung dari pada ibu yang melakukan senam hamil. Kesimpulan senam hamil bisa mengurangi nyeri punggung.

One of the discomforts that often arise during pregnancy is back pain. Back pain is a disorder that is often experienced by pregnant women throughout pregnancy until the postnatal period. One effort that can be done to reduce back pain during pregnancy is to do pregnancy exercises. This study aims to determine the Relationship between Pregnancy Exercises and Back Pain in Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester at Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital. The type of research is quantitative analytic. The location of the study was carried out at Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital in September. A sample of 40 pregnant women with Acciddental sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The p value = 0.000 was obtained, where the p value is smaller than ? (0.05), this indicates that there is a significant relationship between pregnancy exercises and back pain at Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital. From the statistical test, the OR (Odds Ratio) value = 2,500 was also obtained, meaning that mothers who do not do prenatal exercises are 2.5 times more at risk of experiencing back pain than mothers who do prenatal exercises. The conclusion is that prenatal exercises can reduce back pain.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
