ANALISIS KEPATUHAN IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGOSUMSI TABLET FE DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LAMPULO

Latar Belakang : Ibu hamil dapat beresiko mengalami anemia terutama anemia karena kekurangan zat besi. Ibu hamil dengan kadar Hb <10 g/dl mempunyai risiko 2,25 kali lebih tinggi untuk melahirkan BBLR, sedangkan ibu hamil dengan anemia berat mempunyai resiko melahirkan BBLR 4,2 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ibu yang tidak anemia berat. Resiko kematian ibu meningkat 3,5 kali pada ibu hamil menderita anemia.
Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui Analisis Kepatuhan Ibu Hamil Dalam Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lampulo.
Jenis Penelitian : penelitian analitik kuntitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 34 orang. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square.
Hasil Penelitian : Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square menunjukkan hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil dengan pengetahuan (p=0,008), sikap (p=0,017), kunjungan ANC (p=0,017) dan pola makan (p=0,046). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil dengan motivasi (p=0,916) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,648).
Simpulan Dan Saran : penelitian ini terdapat hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi tablet fe dengan pengetahuan, sikap, kunjungan ANC, dan pola makan dan tidak terdapat hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet fe dengan motivasi dan dukungan keluarga. Peneliti menyarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan kajian yang sama dapat mngembangkan penelitian dengan tujuan yang ingin diteliti dan lebih memfokuskan terhadap apa yang diteliti.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
