FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI WUS (WANITA USIA SUBUR) DALAM TINDAKAN IVA (INSPEKSI VISUAL ASAM ASETAT) DI PUSKESMAS GLUGUR DARAT TAHUN 2021

Saat ini kanker serviks menempati jenis kanker nomor 2 yang paling banyak diderita wanita Indonesia. Kejadian kankerserviks terus meningkat, yaitu 23,4 per 100.000 penduduk. Tingkat kematian yang tinggi dapat dikurangi melalui pencegahan dan skrining yang efektif seperti tes IVA.Ruang lingkup pemeriksaan IVA di Puskesmas GlugurDarat tahun 2018 berjumlah 216 orang, pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 246 orang dan pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 63 orang dan masih jauh dari target nasional sebesar  10%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiWUS (Wanita Usia Subur) dalam melakukanIVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat) di Puskesmas Glugur Darat pada tahun 2021.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan adalah studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Februari hingga Agustus 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah WUS (Wanita Usia Subur) berusia 25-50 tahunyangtelahmenikah berjumlah1. 274 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah WUS sebanyak 93 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.Analisisdata bivariat dengan chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden tidak reproduksi,  mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan yang rendah,mayoritas responden memiliki paritas >3. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan(p =0,000),sikap(p=0,0,00), jumlahparitas (p=0,02), penggunaan KB (p=0,011),sumberinformasi (p=0,003) dan dukungan suami (p=0,000) dengan tindakan IVA. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel umur (p=0,421)dan status pekerjaan(p=0,059) dengan tindakan IVA. Hasil analisis multivariat didapat faktor yang paling dominan adalah dukungan suami dengan nilai Exp (B) terbesar 4.356. Dari penelitian ini, kesimpulannya adalah bahwa 73,1% WUS tidak melakukan IVA karena kurangnya   pengetahuan tentang IVA. Saran untuk Puskesmas sebaiknya mengikutsertakan suami WUS dalam konseling agar suami memahami dan akhirnya memberikan dukungan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan deteksi dini metode IVA.Â

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
