Analisis Efektitas Senam Yoga Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Mentruasi Pada Perempuan Usia 16 – 20 Tahun di Komplek Lanud Sim Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda

Menstruasi merupakan proses fisiologis alami yang terdapat pada perempuan normal yang terjadi setiap 1 bulan sekali, namun ada masalah yang dialami saat siklus menstruasi salah satunya adalah dismenore, nyeri punggung, dan nyeri kepala. Cara mengatasi dismenorhea dapat dilakukan dengan metode non farmakologis salah satunya senam yoga untuk mengurangi dismenorhea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh efektifitas Senam yoga Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri menstruasi pada perempuan Usia 16 -20 Tahun Di komplek Lanud SIM Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimental one group pretest-post test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 1 s/d 28 Januari 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini remaja putri yang berusia 16 – 20 tahun yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposif sampling. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah NRS. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan. Data dianalsis  menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian di peroleh terdapat perbedaan nyeri mentruasi sebelum dan sesudah senam yoga dengan nilai p value 0,000 (< 0,05 ). Diharapkan kepada remaja putri dapat memanfaatkan terapi yoga dalam menangani nyeri menstruasi serta berkonsultasi dengan tenaga medis jika nyeri dirasakan semakin tidak tertahankan. Â

Menstruation is a natural physiological process found in normal women that occurs once a month, but there are problems experienced during the menstrual cycle, one of which is dysmenorrhea, back pain, and headaches. How to overcome dysmenorrhea can be done with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is yoga exercise to reduce dysmenorrhea. The research aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of yoga exercise on reducing menstrual pain in women aged 16 -20 years at the SIM LANUD Village at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport. The research method is quantitative with one group pretest-post test experimental design. Data collection was carried out on January 1 to 28, 2022. The sample in this study was young women aged 16-20 years, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument in this study is the NRS. Data collection techniques by observation. Data were analyzed using t-test. The results showed that there were differences in menstrual pain before and after yoga exercise with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). It is hoped that young women can take advantage of yoga therapy in dealing with menstrual pain and consult medical personnel if the pain becomes unbearable.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
