Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Stunting Pada Anak Usia 2-5 Tahun di Puskesmas Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Kasus stunting secara global pada tahun 2020 meningkat dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 21,3% (WHO,2020). Indonesia sudah menghadapi masalah gizi yang tinggi. Saat ini, lebih dari dua juta anak menderita gizi buruk dan lebih dari tujuh juta anak di bawah usia 5 tahun mengalami stunting. Berdasarkan data Kemenkes (2020) di provinsi Aceh, balita yang mengalami stunting yaitu sebesar 17,4%, ini merupakan persentase yang termasuk tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan Provinsi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 2-5 tahun Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain crosssectional study, populasi berjumlah 188 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling sehingga sampel menjadi 65 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 04 Oktober s/d 30 Oktober 2021. Analisa data ini menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dengan bantuan komputerisasi nilai kemaknaan (a) 0,05 dengan nilai keyakinan 0,95. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara ASI Eksklusif (p value 0,013) dan status imunisasi (p value 0,000) dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 2-5 tahun Di Puskesmas Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tidak ada hubungan antara berat badan lahir dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 2-5 tahun (p value 0,615) Di Puskesmas Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Puskesmas dan petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat membuat program untuk untuk mengurangi risiko stunting pada balita seperti memberikan penyuluhan pada masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting dan program-program lainnya yang dapat menurunkan angka kejadian stunting.

Global stunting cases in 2020 increased compared to 2019 which was 21.3% (WHO, 2020). Indonesia is already facing a high nutritional problem. Currently, more than two million children suffer from malnutrition and more than seven million children under the age of 5 are stunted. Based on data from the Ministry of Health (2020) in Aceh province, children under five who experience stunting are 17.4%, this is a high percentage compared to other provinces. Research objective is to find out about the factors related to the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-5 years in the working area of the Darussalam Public Health Center, Aceh Besar District. This research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study design, a population of 188 people with a sampling technique using Proportional Sampling so that the sample is 65 people. The study was conducted from October 4 to October 30, 2021. The data analysis used Chi Square statistical test with the help of computerized significance value (a) 0.05 with a confidence value of 0.95. Research results there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.013) and immunization status (p value 0.000) with the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-5 years in the working area of the Darussalam Public Health Center, Aceh Besar District. There is no relationship between birth weight and the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-5 (p value 0.615) in the Darussalam Public Health Center, Aceh Besar District. Puskesmas and health workers are expected to create programs to reduce the risk of stunting in children under five, such as providing education to the public about stunting prevention and other programs that can reduce the incidence of stunting.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
