Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Premestrual Syndrome Pada Remaja Putri di Gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) terdapat lebih dari separuh penduduk dunia berusia dibawah 25 tahun dan 80% dari mereka tinggal di Negara berkembang. Prevalensi penderita premenstrual syndrome di dunia menurut penelitian Fatimah (2019) di negara Libanon sebesar 54,6% dan di negara Srilanka sebesar 65,7%. Kemudian prevalensi premenstrual syndrome di negara Iran sebesar 98,2%, di negara Brazil sebesar 39%, di negara Australia sebesar 44% dan di negara Jepang sebesar 34% (Alvionita, 2019). Berdasarkan data dari jurnal Archieves of Internal Medicine, studi yang dilakukan terhadap 3000 wanita didapatkan hasil sekitar 90% perempuan mengalami premenstrual syndrome sebelum menstruasi (Susanti et al, 2017). Masalah kesehatan reproduksi di Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian yang cukup karena masalah kesehatan reproduksi juga masalah kesehatan yang akan berdampak pada kesehatan lainnya. Masalah kesehatan reproduksi salah satunya termasuk pada kaum remaja. Masa remaja merupakan suatu fase perkembangan yang dinamis dalam kehidupan seorang individu. Remaja termasuk dalam kelompok penduduk yang perlu mendapat perhatian terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Remaja perlu mengenal tubuh dan organ reproduksi, perubahan fisik dan psikologis, agar dapat melindungi diri dari resiko yang mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatan fungsi organ reproduksinya (Aryani, 2017). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola, aktivitas fisik dan usia menarche dengan kejdian premenstrual syndrome. Penelitian ini dilakukan di gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie pada tanggal pada pada tanggal 13-18 Desember 2021. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri di Gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie yang berjumlah 57 remaja. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 57 remaja putri di Gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie. Hasilanalisis bivariat di dapat bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka penelitian dapat mennyimpulkan  hasil dari penenelitian sebagai berikut tedapat ada pengaruh Ada pengaruh pola makan dengan kejadian pre menstrual syndrome pada remaja putri di Gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie dengan hasil nilai p-value 0,000, Ada pengaruh aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian pre menstrual syndrome pada remaja putri di Gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie dengan hasil nilai p-value 0,000, Tidak ada pengaruh usia menarche dengan kejadian pre menstrual syndrome pada remaja putri di Gampong Kampong Pukat Kecamatan Pidie Kabupaten Pidie dengan hasil nilai p-value 0,147.

Adolescents are included in the population group that needs attention to reproductive health. Adolescents need to know the body and reproductive organs, physical and psychological changes, in order to protect themselves from risks that threaten the health and safety of their reproductive organ functions (Aryani, 2017). To determine the effect of pattern, physical activity and age of menarche with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome. This research was conducted in Kampong Pukat Village, Pidie District, Pidie Regency on December 13-18, 2021. The population of this study was all young women in Kampong Pukat Village, Pidie District, Pidie Regency, totaling 57 teenagers. So the sample in this study was the entire population as a sample, amounting to 57 young women in Gampong Kampong Pukat, Pidie District, Pidie Regency. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that Based on the results of the research that has been done, the research can conclude the results of the research as follows: There is an effect of eating patterns with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in adolescent girls in Gampong Kampong Pukat, Pidie District, Pidie Regency with p-value results 0.000, There is an effect of physical activity with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in adolescent girls in Gampong Kampong Pukat, Pidie District, Pidie District with a p-value of 0.000, There is no effect of age at menarche with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in adolescent girls in Gampong Kampong Pukat, Pidie District, District Pidie with a p-value of 0.147.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
