Evaluasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Zainab Pekan Baru

Penyebab dari munculnya berbagai keluhan pasien terkait dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap dihubungkan dengan kepemimpinan kepala ruang, ditinjau dari aspek gaya kepemimpinannya. Kepala ruangan merupakan jabatan yang penting karena kemampuan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala ruangan ikut menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, kinerja perawat pelaksana dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RS Ibu dan Anak Zainab Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di  ruang rawat inap sebanyak 33 orang. Pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder melalui studi dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data secara univariat dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran setiap variabel, bivariat untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dan multivariat untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan kepala ruang adalah gaya demokratis, partisipatif, otoriter dan bebas tindak. Kinerja perawat pelaksana mencakup tahap pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi dikategorikan baik. Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, otoriter dan bebas tindak kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RS Ibu dan Anak Zainab Pekanbaru. Kepala ruang agar menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik yang disesuaikan kondisi kerja dan kebutuhan. Para perawat pelaksana agar berupaya meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat.

The cause of the emergence of various patient complaints related to the performance of nurses in the inpatient room is associated with the leadership of the head of the room, in terms of the aspect of his leadership style. The head of the room is an important position because the leadership behavior of the head of the room also determines the success of nursing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the head of the room, the performance of the implementing nurse and the influence of the leadership style of the head of the room on the performance of the nurse in the Inpatient Room of Zainab Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative with associative correlative descriptive research design. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room as many as 33 people. Primary data collection through questionnaires and secondary data through documentation studies. The technique of data analysis was univariate to obtain an overview of each variable, bivariate to analyze the relationship between variables and multivariate to see the influence between variables. The results showed that the leadership style applied by the head of the room was democratic, participatory, authoritarian and free of action. The performance of the implementing nurse includes the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation is categorized as good. There is an influence of participatory, authoritarian and free-flow leadership style on the performance of the implementing nurse. The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence of the leadership style of the head of the room on the performance of the implementing nurse in the Inpatient Room of Zainab Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. Head of the room to apply a good leadership style that is adapted to working conditions and needs. Implementing nurses are to try to improve the performance of nursing care services in the ward.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
