Hubungan Obesitas, Asupan Makanan Sumber Natrium Dan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Remaja Di Uptd Puskesmas Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara Tahun 2022

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemukan di tengah masyarakat dan mengakibatkan angka kesakitan yang tinggi. Saat ini hipertensi telah menjadi masalah global karena prevalensinya yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Hasil survey awal yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Muara Batu diperoleh data kejadian hipertensi adalah pada tahun 2019 adalah sebanyak 427 kasus, pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 264 kasus dan pada tahun 2021 adalah sebanyak 253 kasus. Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan dengan 10 responden diperoleh bahwa 7 diantaranya menderita hipertensi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas, asupan makanan sumber natrium dan aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian hipertensi pada Remaja di Puskesmas Muara Batu. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain case control untuk melihat ‘‘hubungan obesitas , asupan makanan sumber natrium dan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian hipertensi pada Remaja. Penelitian di laksanakan pada tanggal 02 Mei s/d 29 Juni 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang berobat di ruang rawat jalan Puskesmas Muara Batu. Sampel di ambil dengan tekni menggunakan rumus slovin dengan perbandingan 1:1 sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariate. Hasil Penelitian : analisis univariat diperoleh dari 82 responden mengalami kejadian hipertensi sebanyak 41 (50%), memiliki obesitas sebanyak 7 (8.5%) konsumsi natrium cukup sebanyak 76 (92.7%), aktifitas fisik ringan sebanyak 63 (76,8%). Analisis bivariat diperoleh variabel obesitas (p=1.000), konsumsi natrium (p=2.717), dan aktifitas fisik (p=3,733). Kesimpulan dan Saran: Tidak ada hubungan obesitas, konsumsi natrium dan aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian hipertensi. Bagi petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan motivasi dan pendidikan kesehatan kepada seluruh remaja agar mereka dapat memelihara kesehatannya agar terhindar dari kejadian hipertensi

Background: Hypertension is a health problem that is often found in the community and causes high morbidity. Currently, hypertension has become a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase from year to year. The results of the initial survey conducted at the Muara Batu Health Center obtained data on the incidence of hypertension in 2019 as many as 427 cases, in 2020 as many as 264 cases and in 2021 as many as 253 cases. Based on the initial survey conducted with 10 respondents, it was found that 7 of them suffered from hypertension. Objective: To determine the relationship between obesity, sodium intake and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension in adolescents at the Muara Batu Public Health Center. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic using a case control design to see the relationship between obesity, sodium intake and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension in adolescents. The study was carried out on May 02 to June 29, 2022. The population in this study were all patients seeking treatment in the outpatient ward of the Muara Batu Health Center. The sample was taken by using the Slovin formula with a ratio of 1:1 so that a total sample of 82 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Research results: univariate analysis was obtained from 82 respondents experiencing hypertension as many as 41 (50%), having obesity as much as 7 (8.5%) sodium consumption as much as 76 (92.7%), light physical activity as much as 63 (76.8%). Bivariate analysis obtained variables of obesity (p=1,000), sodium consumption (p=2,717), and physical activity (p=3,733). Conclusions and Suggestions: There is no relationship between obesity, sodium consumption and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension. Health workers can provide motivation and health education to all adolescents so that they can maintain their health to avoid the incidence of hypertension

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
