Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pemilihan Alat Kontrasepsi Pada Ibu di Gampong Kuta Blang di Kecamatan Samadua Kabupaten Aceh Selatan

Program Keluarga Berencana adalah bagian yang terpadu (integral) dalam program pembangunan Nasional dan bertujuan untuk turut serta dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan ekonomi, spiritual, dan sosial budaya penduduk Indonesia, agar dapat mencapai keseimbangan yang baik dengan kemampuan produksi nasional. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada tahun 2021 di Gampong Kuta Blang Kecamatan Samadua kabupaten Aceh Selatan jumlah penduduk yaitu 1.301 jiwa, jumlah pasangan usia subur 170 orang, Jumlah peserta KB 79 orang dan jumlah yang tidak berkb 149 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui factor yang mempengaruhi pemilahan alat kontrasepsi pada Ibu di Gampong Kuta Blang Kecamatan Samadua Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi penelitian sebanyak 165 orang ibu pengguna KB (akseptor KB) dan sampel menjadi 63 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara membagikan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dari tanggal 13 Mei s/d 13 Juni 2022 di di Gampong Kuta Blang. Pengolahan data dengan langkah editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, dan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square denga nilai CI (Confident Interval) 95%. Â Analisis univariat diperoleh 63 responden, dominan menggunakan KB suntik yaitu 40 responden (63,5%), dominan berpengetahuan baik yaitu 36 responden (57,1%), dominan mendapat dukungan dari suami yaitu 39 responden (61,9%) dan dominan paritas multipara yaitu 51 responden (81%).. Analisis bivariat diperoleh variabel pengetahuan (p-value = 0.733), variabel dukungan suami (p value = 1,000) dan dukungan keluarga (p-value = 0,186). Tidak ada pengaruh pengetahuan, dukungan suami dan paritas terhadap pemilihan alat kontrasepsi di Gampong Kuta Blang Kecamatan Samadua Kabupatan Aceh Selatan. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan dan kader untuk dapat memberikan penyuluhan dan informasi tentang KB pada akseptor KB dan pasangan usia subur agar pemilihan alat kontrasepsi sesuai dengan kesehatan dan kebutuhan akseptor KB.

The Family Planning Program is an integral part of the National development program and aims to participate in creating the economic, spiritual, and socio-cultural welfare of the Indonesian population, in order to achieve a good balance with national production capabilities. Based on data obtained in 2021 in Gampong Kuta Blang, Samadua District, South Aceh district, the population is 1,301 people, the number of couples of childbearing age is 170 people, the number of family planning participants is 79 people and the number without family planning is 149 people. Objective to determine the factors that influence the selection of contraceptives for mothers in Kuta Blang Village, Samadua District, South Aceh Regency. Analytic research type with a cross sectional approach, the research population is 165 mothers who use family planning (KB acceptors) and the sample is 63 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires. This research data collection has been carried out from May 13 to June 13, 2022 in Kuta Blang Village. Data processing was done by editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, and univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Chi-Square test with 95% CI (Confident Interval) value. Univariate analysis obtained 63 respondents, dominantly using injectable contraception, namely 40 respondents (63.5%), dominant having good knowledge, namely 36 respondents (57.1%), dominantly receiving support from their husbands, namely 39 respondents (61.9%) and the dominant multipara parity is 51 respondents (81%). Bivariate analysis obtained knowledge variable (p-value = 0.733), husband support variable (p value = 1,000) and family support (p-value = 0.186). There is no effect of knowledge, husband's support and parity on the choice of contraceptives in Kuta Blang Village, Samadua District, South Aceh Regency. It is recommended for health workers and cadres to be able to provide counseling and information about family planning to family planning acceptors and couples of childbearing age so that the selection of contraceptives is in accordance with the health and needs of family planning acceptors.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
