Hubungan Dukungan Suami dengan Pemilihan Alat Kontrasepsi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh

Kontrasepsi tidak akan berhasil tanpa adanya kerjasama antara suami dan istri serta tanpa adanya kepercayaan antara satu dengan yang lain. Pasangan suami istri harus bersama-sama dalam pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang terbaik, saling kerjasama dalam pemakaian dan juga dalam membiayai pengeluaran kontrasepsi. Faktor penyebab rendahnya partisipasi suami dalam program keluarga berencana meliputi faktor dukungan suami, faktor ekonomi, pendidikan, akomodasi dan pengetahuan. Dari beberapa faktor tersebut faktor dukungan suami adalah faktor paling penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan program keluarga berencana meliputi dukungan informasi, emosional, instrumental dan dukungan penilaian. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik (kuantitatif) dengan rancangan cross sectional, penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01-15 April 2022 dan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik lottery technique dengan jumlah 91 pasangan usia subur (PUS). Pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariate. Hasil penelitian ; ada hubungan dukungan suami (p-value : 0,000), ada hubungan dukungan informasional suami (p-value : 0,013), ada hubungan dukungan emosional suami (p-value: 0,000), ada hubungan dukungan instrumental suami (p-value: 0,001) dan ada hubungan dukungan penghargaan/penilaian suami dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi (p-value : 0,010). Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat melakukan tindakan promotif kepada pasangan usia subur (PUS) seperti penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan terkait dengan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi serta melibatkan suami agar dapat meningkatkan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi.

Contraception will not work without cooperation between husband and wife and without trust between one another. Husband and wife must jointly choose the best contraceptive method, cooperate with each other in the use and also in financing the expenditure of contraception. Factors causing the husband's low participation family planning programs include husband's support, economic factors, education, accommodation and knowledge. Of these several factors, the husband's support is the most important factor in determining the success of the family planning program including informational, emotional, instrumental and assessment support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husband's support with selection of contraceptives in the Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh. The research design is descriptive analytic (quantitative) with a cross sectional design, this research has been carried out on April 1-15, 2022 and the sampling method used the lottery technique with a total of 91 couples of childbearing age. Collecting by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis method in this research is univariate and bivariate analysis. Research result ; there is a relationship of husband's support (p-value : 0.000), there is a relationship of husband's informational support (p-value : 0.013), there is a relationship of husband's emotional support (p-value : 0.000), there is a relationship of husband's instrumental support (p-value : 0.001) and there is a relationship husband appreciation support with choice of contraception (p-value : 0.010). It is hoped that health workers can take promotive actions to couples of childbearing age such as counseling and health education related to the use of contraceptives and involving husbands in order to increase the use of contraceptives.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
