Pengaruh Pijat Oksitoksin Terhadap Produksi ASI Pada Masa Nifas di Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Muaddah , S.Si.T Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen

Ibu setelah melahirkan, akan mengalami rasa tidak nyaman di seluruh tubuh, stres dan khawatir tidak bisa mencukupi kebutuhan ASI untuk buah hatinya. Hal ini akan menghambat sekresi hormon oksitosin yang berperan dalam pengeluaran ASI. Pijat oksitosin adalah pijat disepanjang tulang belakang (vertebre) sampai tulang costae kelima atau keenam, berfungsi untuk meningkatkan oksitosin, sehingga ASI dapat keluar dengan lancar. Tujuan studi kasus ini mengetahui hasil penerapan pijat oksitosin terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu  metode deskriptif  yaitu  menggambarkan  dan  memaparkan masalah penelitian pada dua klien, studi kasus dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus tahun 2022 di Bidan Mawaddah , S.SI.T. Dari  hasil  penelitian  didapatkan  bahwa  rata-rata  produksi  ASI  pada  ibu  nifas kelompok intervensi pada kategori pretest sebesar 305.00 cc dengan standar devisiasi 52.702 dan pada kategori posttest sebesar 615.00cc dengan standar devisiasi 85.516 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata produksi ASI pada ibu nifas kategori pretest sebesar 215.00 cc dengan standar devisiasi 25.311 dan pada kategori posttest sebesar 402.00 cc dengan standar devisiasi 51.402. Hasil nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 maka diambil keputusan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh teknik pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas.

Mother after childbirth, will experience discomfort throughout the body, stress and worry can not meet the needs of breastfeeding for her baby. This will inhibit the secretion of the hormone oxytocin that plays a role in breast milk expenditure. Massage of oxytocin is a convenient massage along the spine (vertebre) until the fifth or sixth costae bone, works to increase the oxytocin so the milk goes out by itself. This case study was conducted for know the results of the application of oxytocin massage to the smooth production of breast milk. Method Using descriptive method that describes the problem of research on two clients, case study conducted in May to June in Bidan Mawaddah ., S.SIT. Smooth milk production, the first client occurs on the 3rd day, the second client occurs on the 4th day. The application of oxytocin massage to postpartum mothers can help smooth the production of breast milk, the smoothness of breast milk. From the results of the study, it was found that the average milk production in the postpartum mother in the intervention group in the pretest category was 305.00 cc with a standard deviation of 52.702 and in the posttest category it was 615.00cc with a standard deviation of 85.516, while in the control group the average milk production in postpartum mothers was in the pretest category. of 215.00 cc with a standard deviation of 25,311 and in the posttest category of 402.00 cc with a standard deviation of 51,402. The application of oxytocin massage to postpartum mothers can help smooth the production of breast milk, the smoothness of breast milk. The results of the p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, the decision was taken to reject Ho and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of oxytocin massage technique on breast milk production in postpartum mothers.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
