Faktor Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Baby Blues Pada Ibu Postpartum di Puskemultiparas Batahan Mandailing Natal Tahun 2022

Baby blues sering juga disebut Maternity Blues dimengerti sebagai salah satu sindrom gangguan efek ringan yang sering tampak dalam minggu pertama setelah persalinan dan memuncak pada hari ketiga sampai kelima dan menyerang dalam waktu 14 hari terhitung setelah persalinan (Marmi, 2017). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk mengidentifikasi atau menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya Baby Blues pada ibu postpartum. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mencakup seluruh wanita usia subur periode Maret sampai Agustus 2022. Jumlah sampel yang akan di teliti sebanyak 56 responden. Analisis univariat menunjukkan ada hubungan umur dengan Terjadinya Baby Blues Pada Ibu Postpartum Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji statistik Chi-Square diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,001 < α 0,05, Ada hubungan Paritas diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,002 < α 0,05. Ada hubungan Status Perkawinan dengan nilai p-value = 0,017 < α 0,05, Ada hubungan Kesiapan Ibu dengan Terjadinya Baby Blues Pada Ibu Postpartum diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,003 < α 0,05. Kesimpulan Ada hubungan Paritas Ada hubungan Terjadinya Baby Blues Pada Ibu Postpartum, Ada hubungan Kesiapan Ibu dengan Terjadinya Baby Blues Pada Ibu Postpartum. Disarankan Diharapkan Menambahkan topik umum diskusi yang sudah ada di dalam kegiatan kelompok pendukung ibu mengenai masalah psikologis seperti baby blues karena ibu yang mengalami baby blues akan mempengaruhi derajat kesehatan ibu dan bayinya.

Baby blues, often also called Maternity Blues, is understood as one of the mild effect disorder syndromes that often appears in the first week after delivery and peaks on the third to fifth day and attacks within 14 days after delivery (Marmi, 2017). This research is a research that uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive correlation research design with a cross sectional approach to identify or analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of Baby Blues in postpartum mothers. The population in this study includes all women of childbearing age from March to August 2022. The number of samples to be examined is 77 respondents. Univariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between age and the occurrence of baby blues in postpartum mothers. Based on the results of the Chi-Square statistical test analysis, it was obtained p-value = 0.001 <α 0.05, there was a parity relationship with p-value = 0.002 <α 0.05. There is a relationship between marital status and p-value = 0.017 < α 0.05. There is a relationship between mother's readiness and the occurrence of baby blues in postpartum mothers, p-value = 0.003 < α 0.05. Conclusion There is a relationship between parity and the occurrence of baby blues in postpartum mothers, there is a relationship between maternal readiness and the occurrence of baby blues in postpartum mothers. Suggested Expectedly Adding general topics of discussion that already exist in mother support group activities regarding psychological problems such as baby blues because mothers who experience baby blues will affect the health status of the mother and her baby

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
