Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Perilaku Hygiene Sanitasi dengan Konsumsi Jajan Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya

Latar Belakang Masalah: Banyak hal yang dapat menyebabkan suatu makanan menjadi tidak aman, salah satu di antaranya dikarenakan terkontaminasi. Pengetahuan tentang makanan dan kesehatan adalah faktor internal yang mempengaruhi konsumsi makanan jajanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Prilaku Hygiene Sanitasi Dengan Konsumsi Jajan Siswa Pada Anak Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Teunom dengan menggunakan jernis penelitian deskriptif analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD di Kecamatan Teunom. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik proporsional sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden di 6 SD Kecamatan teunom. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi quare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan konsumsi jajan siswa SD di Kecamatan Teunom (p=0,02) dan ada hubungan perilaku hygiene dengan konsumsi jajan siswa SD di Kecamatan Teunom (p=0,000). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan yang rendah dan perilaku hygiene yang kurang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi jajan tidak sehat Pada Siswa Sekolah DasarKecamatan teunom. Diharapkan kepada sekolah agar dapat memberikan bekal informasi kepada siswa dan orang tua siswa untuk menyiapkan bekal makan sehat setiap anak berangkat sekolah.

Background of the Problem: There are so many things that can cause a food to be unsafe, one of which is due to contamination. Knowledge about food and health are internal factors that influence consumption of street food. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and behavior of hygiene sanitation and snack consumption of students in school children in Teunom District in 2021, using descriptive analytic types of research. The population in this study were all elementary school students in Teunom District. The sampling technique in this study used a proportional sampling technique with a total sample of 72 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents in 6 SD Teunom sub-districts from 10 to 17 February 2021. Data analysis used the chi quare test. The results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and snack consumption of elementary school students in Teunom District (p = 0.274) and there was a relationship between hygiene behavior and snack consumption of elementary school students in Teunom District (p = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that low knowledge and poor hygiene behavior can affect the consumption of unhealthy snacks in school students in Teunom District. It is hoped that schools can provide information to students and parents of students to prepare healthy food supplies for every child going to school.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
