Hubungan Pemberian Asi Eksklusif dengan Kejadian Stunting pada Balita 1-5 Tahun di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulee Kareng Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh

Stunting suatu gangguan pertumbuhan yang terjadi pada anak diawal kehidupannya, gangguan ini menyebabkan kerusakan yang bersifat permanen. Dampak yang diakibatkan dari stunting tidak hanya gangguan fisik, tetapi juga mempengaruhi pola pertumbuhan pada otak. Untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 1-5 tahun di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulee Kareng Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Survei Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai balita 1-5 tahun di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulee Kareng Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh, berdasarkan jumlah balita yaitu 2.491 dari bulan Januari 2020 s/d Februari 2021. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara acak sederhana. Untuk keterwakilan dari masing-masing gampong, maka jumlah sampel dari masing-masing gampong yang diambil yaitu 96 orang. Dengan waktu penelitian akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07 s/d 20 September 2021, yang akan dibantu nominator yaitu bidan desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas kejadian stunting pada balita 1-5 tahun yaitu balita memiliki tinggi badan normal sebanyak 74.0% responden dan mayoritas responden memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 71.9% responden. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 1-5 tahun di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulee Kareng Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021 (Ï-value 0.000 < α = 0.05). Terdapat hubungan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 1-5 tahun di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Ulee Kareng Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021. Saran: Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk lebih memberikan edukasi kepada para ibu untuk mengenai pentingnya ASI eksklusif, makanan dan minuman yang tidak boleh diberikan sebelum usia 6 bulan, dan pencegahan serta bahaya stunting.

Stunting is a growth disorder that occurs in children early in life, this disorder causes permanent damage. The impact caused by stunting is not only physical disturbance, but also affects growth patterns in the brain. To determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers 1-5 years in the Ulee Kareng Health Center UPTD Work Area, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City in 2021. This type of research uses an Analytical Survey research type with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers 1-5 years old in the UPTD Work Area of the Ulee Kareng Health Center, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City, based on the number of toddlers, namely 2,491 from January 2020 to February 2021. Sampling by simple random method. For the representation of each gampong, the number of samples from each village taken is 96 people. With the time the research will be carried out on 07 to 20 September 2021, which will be assisted by the nominee, namely the village midwife. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the majority of stunting events in toddlers 1-5 years old were toddlers who had normal height as many as 74.0% of respondents and the majority of respondents gave exclusive breastfeeding as many as 71.9% of respondents. The results of the chi square test found that there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers 1-5 years in the UPTD Working Area of Ulee Kareng Health Center, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City in 2021 (Ï-value 0.000 < = 0.05). There is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers 1-5 years in the Ulee Kareng Health Center UPTD Work Area, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City in 2021. It is hoped that health workers will provide more education to mothers about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, foods and drinks that should not be given before the age of 6 months, and the prevention and dangers of stunting.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
