Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Stunting Pada Balita Di Upt Puskesmas Matiti Kecamatan Dolok Sanggul Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan Tahun 2022

Kejadian stunting pada anak merupakan suatu proses kumulatif yang terjadi sejak masa kehamilan, masa kanak-kanak dan di sepanjang siklus kehidupan. Pada masa ini yang merupakan proses terjadinya stunting pada anak serta peluang meningkatnya terjadi stunting terjadi dalam 2 tahun pertama kehidupan. Masa balita merupakan periode yang sangat peka terhadap lingkungan sehingga diperlukan perhatian lebih terutama kecukupan gizinya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stunting pada balita di UPT Puskesmas Matiti Kec Dolok Sanggul Kab Humbang Hasundutan. observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga yang memiliki balita usia 24 – 59 bulan yang terdapat pada 15 desa yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Parsoburuan, Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Prevalensi kejadian stunting di Kecamatan Dolok Sanggul 31,8%, angka ini lebih tinggi dari angka nasional berdasarkan hasil PSG tahun 2021 yaitu 29%, Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia balita, berat badan lahir, panjang badan lahir, ASI eksklusif, usia ibu, tinggi badan ibu, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, tinggi badan ayah, pendidikan ayah, pekerjaan ayah, penghasilan keluarga serta jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24- 59 bulan, Determinan kejadian stunting pada balita yang paling dominan adalah pola konsumsi (p= <0,001;OR= 9,4 95% CI 2,860-31,186 artinya bahwa pola konsumsi yang kurang baik memiliki peluang berisiko 9,4 kali.

The incidence of stunting in children is a cumulative process that occurs during pregnancy, childhood and throughout the life cycle. During this period, the process of stunting in children and the increased chance of stunting occurring occurs in the first 2 years of life. The toddler years are a period that is very sensitive to the environment so more attention is needed, especially to nutritional adequacy. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence stunting in toddlers at the UPT Puskesmas Matiti, Dolok Sanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan District. descriptive observational with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all families with toddlers aged 24 - 59 months in 15 villages in the working area of the Parsoburuan Community Health Center. Sampling was carried out using simple random sampling. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The research results show that the prevalence of stunting in Dolok Sanggul District is 31.8%, this figure is higher than the national figure based on PSG results in 2021, namely 29%. There is no relationship between toddler age, birth weight, birth length, exclusive breastfeeding, age mother, mother's height, mother's education, mother's occupation, father's height, father's education, father's occupation, family income and number of family members on the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months. The most dominant determinant of the incidence of stunting in toddlers is consumption patterns. (p= <0.001; OR= 9.4 95% CI 2.860-31.186 meaning that poor consumption patterns have a risk risk of 9.4 times.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
