Pengaruh Kombinasi Pemberian Latihan Slow Deep Breathing Dan Jus Mentimun Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi di Desa Meunasah Papeun Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar

Penyakit Tidak Menular merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian salah satunya adalah hipertensi. Prevalensi Hipertensi dilaporkan lebih tinggi pada lansia diatas 64 tahun dibandingkan pada usia dewasa. Terdapat berbagai macam terapi komplementer yang digunakan untuk mengatasi hipertensi karena bersifat alamiah dan tidak menimbulkan efek samping yang berbahaya, diantaranya relaksasi nafas dalam lambat (slow deep breathing), cara alternative lainnya yaitu dengan jus mentimun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi pemberian latihan slow deep breathing dan jus mentimun terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita Hipertensi di Desa Meunasah Papeun Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen semu (quasi experimen) dengan rancangan penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design y. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 24 s/d 26 Maret 2022. Populasi dalam klien dengan hipertensi di desa meunasah papeun sebanyak 23 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 15 orang. Pengumpulan data mengggunakan data primer. Analisis menggunakan wilcoxone, teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat pengaruh kombinasi pemberian latihan slow deep breathing dan jus mentimun terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi yaitu dengan nilai p value = 0,000 < α (0,05). Diharapkan kepada penulis untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah didapatkan terutama berkaitan dengan tema penelitian ini dan dapat terus memperbaharui ilmu pengetahuannya khususnya ilmu yang berkaitan dengan penelitian lanajutan.

The Non-Communicable Diseases are a health problem that is the main cause of death, one of which is hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension is reported to be higher in seniors over 64 years than in adults. There are various kinds of complementary therapies used to treat hypertension because they are natural and do not cause dangerous side effects, including slow deep breathing relaxation, another alternative method is cucumber juice. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of slow deep breathing exercises and cucumber juice on reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Meunasah Papeun Village, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar. This research design uses a quasi- experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection was carried out from 24 to 26 March 2022. The population of clients with hypertension in Meunasah Papeun village was 23 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 15 people. Data collection uses primary data. Analysis using Wilcoxone, univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The research results showed that there was an effect of the combination of giving slow deep breathing exercises and cucumber juice on reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers, namely with ap value = 0.000 < α (0.05). It is hoped that the author will apply the knowledge that has been obtained, especially related to the theme of this research and can continue to update his knowledge, especially knowledge related to advanced research.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
