Pengaruh Sikap Keluarga Dengan Kesiapsiagaan Dalam Menghadapi Tanggap Darurat Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati

Deman Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang menjadi prioritas masalah kesehatan karena sering menimbulkan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) atau darurat demam berdarah Dengue (DBD) sehingga perlu ada persiapan atau kesiapsiagaan untuk mencegah atau mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi tanggap darurat demam berdarah Dengue (DBD). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelatif yang menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah populasi adalah 523 dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 41 keluarga. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Tempat penelitan di rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati. Waktu Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini di lakukan pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2023 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan pengetahuan P Value = 0.003 (P-Value<0.05). Ada pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan panduan tanggap darurat P-Value = 0.008 (P-Value<0.05). Ada pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan rencana tanggap P-Value = 0.008 (P-Value<0.05). Ada pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan sistem peringatan P-Value = 0.011 (P-Value<0.05). Ada pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan mobilisasi sumber daya P-Value = 0.011 (P- Value<0.05). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian maka diperoleh hipotesis yaitu Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak (P-Value<0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh sikap keluarga dengan kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi tanggap darurat demam berdarah dengue (DBD) dirumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Tahun2023.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the infectious diseases that is a priority health problem because it often causes Extraordinary Events (KLB) or emergency dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) so that there needs to be preparation or preparedness to prevent or reduce the impact caused. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family attitudes on preparedness in dealing with emergency response to dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). This type of research is quantitative research with a correlative descriptive design that uses a cross sectional approach. The total population was 523 and the sample was 41 families. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The place of research at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. Data collection time in this study was conducted on August 23, 2023 to August 31, 2023. The results showed that there was an influence of family attitudes with knowledge P Value = 0.003 (P-Value <0.05). There is an effect of family attitude with emergency response guidelines P-Value = 0.008 (P-Value <0.05). There is an effect of family attitude with response plan P-Value = 0.008 (P-Value<0.05). There is an effect of family attitude with warning system P-Value = 0.011 (P-Value<0.05). There is an effect of family attitude with resource mobilization P-Value = 0.011 (P-Value<0.05). In conclusion from the results of the study, the hypothesis is Ha accepted and Ho rejected (PValue <0.05). The results showed that there was an influence on family attitudes with preparedness in facing dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) emergency response at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital in 2023.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
