Determinan Perilaku Merokok Pada Siswa SMK 4 Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2022

Organization (WHO) atau Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia dan studi lainnya, terdapat sekitar satu miliar perokok di dunia atau sekitar sepertujuh dari populasi global. Setiap menit, hampir 11 juta batang rokok diisap di dunia dan 10 orang meninggal karenanya di Indonesia, 76 persen 6 pria dewasa merokok. Angka perokok di Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2021 adalah 28,30%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMK 4 Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 300 siswa. Teknik sampel menggunakn claster Random Sampling berjumlah 75 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 s.d 13 November 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan (P-value 0,001), Sikap (P-value 0,001), Peran orang tua (P-0,041), dengan perilaku merokok pada siswi SMK 4 Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2022. Sedangkan tidak ada hubungan penerapan KTR (P-value 0,081), Peran guru (P-value 0,081) dengan perilaku merokok pada siswi SMK 4 Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2022. Maka dapat disimpulkan Pengetahuan, sikap, peran orang tua memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa. Diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah, para guru dan orang tua agar dapat memberikan bimbingan secara menyeluruh mengenai perilaku merokok seperti dampak dari merokok terhadap siswa, dan bagi institusi pendidikan sekolah diharapkan bisa lebih menginterfensi terhadap perilaku merokok pada siswa.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) or the World Health Organization and other studies, there are around one billion smokers in the world or about one seventh of the global population. Every minute, nearly 11 million cigarettes are smoked in the world and 10 people die from it in Indonesia, 76 percent 6 adult men smoke. The number of smokers in Banda Aceh City in 2021 is 28.30%. The research objective was to determinants of smoking behavior in SMK 4 students in Banda Aceh City. This research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. The population in this study were 300 students. The sample technique used the Random Sampling cluster with a total of 75 people. The research was conducted from 8 to 13 November 2022. This study used the Chi-Square test. The results showed that smoking behavior was 77.33% and 22.67% for non-smokers. And the variable that is closest to the frequency distribution is knowledge with a good category of 66.67% and a bad category of 33.33%. The results of bivariate analysis of knowledge (P-value 0.001), attitude (P-value 0.001), role of parents (P-0.041), application of KTR (P-value 0.081), teacher's role (P-value 0.081) show that there is a relationship between behavior smoking among female students at SMK 4 Banda Aceh City in 2022. The conclusion of this study found that smoking behavior among female students at SMK 4 Banda Aceh City has a close relationship, namely knowledge, attitudes, the role of parents, the application of KTR, and the role of the teacher. Suggestions for counseling teachers are expected to be able to provide comprehensive guidance regarding smoking behavior such as the impact of smoking on students, and for school education institutions it is hoped that they can intervene more towards smoking behavior in students.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
