Determinan Perilaku Warga Dalam Pemenuhan Komponen Rumah Sehat di Gampong Krueng Raya Kota Sabang, Aceh

Rumah sehat ialah rumah yang memiliki kriteria minimal akses air minum, jamban sehat, lantai, pencahayaan, dan ventilasi. Keadaan rumah dan lingkungan di Gampong Krueng Raya Kota Sabang masih dibawah batas persyaratan rumah sehat, yang mana masih terdapat rumah dalam kategori tidak layak huni sebanyak (17,4%), dan diperparah lagi dengan perilaku masyarakatnya yang belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan, yang akan berakibat meningkatkan resiko penyakit bagi penghuni rumah. Sehingga penelitian ini perlu dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku warga dalam pemenuhan komponen rumah sehat.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analitik dengan Desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Keluarga di Gampong Krueng Raya Kota Sabang berjumlah 571 KK. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Propotional random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 17-25 Februari 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, uji statistik dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga dalam pemenuhan komponen rumah sehat dengan perilaku baik (78,8%), dan perilaku kurang (21,2%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara sarana dan prasarana (p-value= 0,049) dengan perilaku warga dalam pemenuhan komponen rumah sehat di Kota Sabang Tahun 2022, artinya jika sarana dan prasarana mendukung maka akan membuat warga berperilaku baik. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberi penyuluhan kepada masyarakat secara berkala terkait manfaat rumah sehat dan dampak dari rumah yang tidak sehat serta meninjau kembali kondisi rumah di wilayah Gampong Krueng Raya Kota Sabang.

A healthy house is a house that has the minimum criteria for access to drinking water, access to healthy latrines, floors, lighting and ventilation. The condition of the houses and the environment in Gampong Krueng Raya is still below the requirements for healthy housing, in which there are still houses in the uninhabitable category (17.4%), and it is made worse by the behavior of the people who do not meet health requirements, which will result in increased risk. illness for the occupants of the house. So it is necessary to do this research which aims to find out the determinants of residents' behavior in fulfilling the components of a healthy home.This research was conducted using descriptive analytic method with Cross Sectional Design. The population in this study were the heads of families in Gampong Krueng Raya, Sabang City, totaling 571 families. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 85 respondents. This research was conducted on February 17-25 2022. Data collection was carried out by interview using a questionnaire as a research instrument, then statistical tests were carried out using the chi-square test.The results showed that residents in fulfilling the components of a healthy home with good behavior (78.8%) and poor behavior (21.2%). Bivariate analysis shows that there is a relationship between facilities and infrastructure (p-value= 0.049) and residents' behavior in fulfilling healthy home components in Gampong Krueng Raya, Sabang City in 2022, meaning that if facilities and infrastructure support it will make residents behave well.It is recommended that health workers be able to provide counseling to the community on a regular basis regarding the benefits and dangers and review the condition of houses in the Gampong Krueng Raya area, Sabang City.

V. Â REPRINTS

This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
