Pengaruh Therapy Akupresur Terhadap Nyeri Haid Pada Siswa Kelas III SMA Negeri 1 Badar Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2023

Nyeri haid adalah keluhan yang sering dialami perempuan pada bagian perut bawah akibat menstruasi dan produksi prostaglandin, sehingga akan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Berbagai cara dapat mengurangi nyeri haid saat menstruasi, salah satunya dengan terapi akupresur. Saat remaja mengalami menstruasi tidak sedikit remaja merasakan nyeri haid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh pemberian terapi akupresur pada siswa SMA Kelas III yang mengalami nyeri haid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest dan posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas III SMA Negeri 1 Badar Tahun 2023 berjumlah 74 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik Purpossive Sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil pre test mayoritas responden memiliki Nyeri Sedang sebanyak 18 responden (56,2%), sedangkan dari hasil post test mayoritas Nyeri Ringan sebanyak 19 responden (59,4%). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai P = 0,002, dimana 0,002 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada siswa Kelas III yang mengalami nyeri haid di SMA Negeri 1 Badar Tahun 2023. Disimpulkan bahwa terapi akupresur berpengaruh terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada siswa Kelas III SMA yang mengalami nyeri haid sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Bagi responden agar dapat memanfaatkan terapi akupresur untuk mengurangi nyeri menstruasi sebagai salah satu cara nonfarmakologi yang aman dan mudah untuk diaplikasikan dirumah.

Menstrual pain is a complaint that women often experience in the lower abdomen due to menstruation and prostaglandin production, so it interferes with daily activities. When teenagers experience menstruation, quite a few teenagers experience menstrual pain. Various ways can reduce menstrual pain during menstruation, one of which is acupressure therapy. This study aims to see whether there is an effect of giving acupressure therapy to Class III high school students who experience menstrual pain. This research is a quasi-experiment research with a one group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study was 74 Class III students of SMA Negeri 1 Badar in 2023. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the total sample was 32 people. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that from the pre-test results the majority of respondents had moderate pain, 18 respondents (56.2%), while from the post-test results, the majority had mild pain, 19 respondents (59.4%). The results of data analysis show the P value = 0.002, where 0.002 < 0.05. This shows that the treatment has an effect on reducing pain intensity in Class III students who experience menstrual pain at SMA Negeri 1 Badar in 2023. It was concluded that acupressure therapy had an effect on reducing pain intensity in Class III high school students who experienced menstrual pain so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Respondents can use acupressure therapy to reduce menstrual pain as a non-pharmacological method that is safe and easy to apply at home.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
