Pengaruh Senam Tera terhadap Tekanan Darah pada Lansia dengan Hipertensi di Kecamatan Tapaktuan

Penyakit hipertensi di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Salah satu penyebab hipertensi adalah kurangnya aktifitas fisik seperti olahraga. Berbagai cara untuk menurunkan tekanan darah seperti melakukan senam tera. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam tera terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan One-group pretest posttest design using a double pretest. Populasi dan sampel adalah semua pasien hipertensi dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Lhok Bengkuang Timur pada tanggal 20 februari - 10 maret 2023. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisa statistik efektivitas pretest dan posttest pada senam tera diperoleh nilai p value 0,000. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh senam tera terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Disarankan pada petugas kesehatan di puskesmas setempat dapat mempromosikan kegiatan senam tera untuk menurunkan tekanan darah.

Hypertension in Indonesia continues to increase every year. One of the causes of hypertension is a lack of physical activity such as exercise. Various ways to lower blood pressure such as doing tera exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tera exercise on reducing blood pressure. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with the Ono-group pretest posttest design using a double pretest approach. The population and sample were all hypertensive patients with purposive sampling, totaling 30 people. The research was conducted in Lhok Bengkuang Timur Village on February 20 -March 10 2023. The results of the study were based on statistical analysis of the effectiveness of the pretest and posttest in tera gymnastics with a p value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of tera gymnastics on reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. It is suggested that health workers at the local puskesmas can promote tera exercise activities to lower blood pressure.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
