Hubungan Usia Menarche dan Status Haid dengan Mioma Di RSUD TGK Chik Ditiro Kabupaten Pidie Tahun Kabupaten Pidie Tahun 2022

Latar Belakang Mioma uteri merupakan masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang dapat menyebabkan morbiditas cukup serius bagi wanita usia subur dan secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penderitanya. Di Provinnsi Aceh khususnya tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2020 terdapat 152 kasus mioma uteri. Dari seluruh kasus proporsi tertinggi yang mengalami mioma uteri berdasarkan sosio demografi umur ditemukan pada kelompok umur 40-46 tahun. Tujuan Penelitian Mengetahui Hubungan Usia Menarche dan status haid dengan Mioma di RSUD TGK Chik Ditiro     Kabupaten Pidie. Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional retrospektif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien mioma uteri (kasus) dan kista yang berobat Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tgk Chik Ditiro Kabupaten Pidie berjumlah sebanyak 82 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total populasi. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 13 s/d 17 Februari 2022. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan Tidak Ada hubungan usia menarche dengan kejadian mioma uteri Di RSUD Tgk Syik Di Tiro Kabupaten Pidie dengan Ï value 0,856 (Ï<0,00). Ada hubungan status haid dengan kejadian mioma uteri  dengan Ï value 0,00 (Ï<0,00) Tahun 2022. Diharapkan bagi pengambilan kebijakan kesehatan agar dapat lebih aktif lagi dalam menginformasikan tentang pentingnya upaya deteksi dini mioma dengan mensosialisasikan pada masyarakat mengenai gejala-gejala mioma, pola menstruasi, dan pola hidup sehat, khususnya pada remaja dan WUS yang berusia >35 tahun sehingga dapat meminimalkan angka kejadian.

Background Uterine myoma is a reproductive health problem that can cause serious morbidity for women of childbearing age and can significantly affect the sufferer's quality of life. In Aceh Province, especially from 2018 to 2020, there were 152 cases of uterine myoma. Of all cases, the highest proportion of uterine myomas based on socio-demographic age was found in the 40-46 year age group. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between age of menarche and menstrual status with myoma at TGK Chik Ditiro Regional Hospital, Pidie Regency. Research Method This research is analytical with a retrospective cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all 82 patients with uterine myoma (cases) and cysts who received treatment at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Regional General Hospital, Pidie Regency. Sampling was carried out with the total population. The research was conducted from 13 to 17 February 2022. The research results showed that there was no relationship between the age of menarche and the incidence of uterine myoma at Tgk Syik District Hospital in Tiro, Pidie Regency with a Ï value of 0.856 (Ï<0.00). There is a relationship between menstrual status and the incidence of uterine myoma with a Ï value of 0.00 (Ï<0.00) in 2022. It is hoped that health policy makers can be more active in informing about the importance of early detection of myoma by socializing the public about the symptoms. myoma, menstrual patterns, and healthy lifestyles, especially in teenagers and WUS aged >35 years so as to minimize the incidence rate

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
