Hubungan Karakteristik Individu dan Perilaku Dengan Kejadian Asma Pada Pasien Di Poly Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Simeulue

ABSTRACT
Latar Belakang : Menurut Data Puskesmas Simeulue Timur (2014) penderita asma di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur sebanyak 32 orang. Dan yang menderita penyakit asma di wilayah Puskesmas ini adalah bervariasi antara anak-anak, remaja dan orang dewasa. Dari studi pendahuluan yang penulis lakukan dilapangan dengan wawancara kepada 5 orang masyarakat, diketahui bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat masih kurang tentang penyakit asma, mereka hanya tahu bahwa asma timbul karena factor keturunan, bukan akibat makanan dan yang lainnya. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik individu dan perilaku dengan kejadian asma pada masyarakat di Puskesmas Simeulue Timur Kabupaten Simeulue. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung ke poly penyakit dalam RSUD Simeulue yang berjumlah 157 pasien dari bulan Januari-Mei 2016. Dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 11-15 Juli 2016. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian : dari hasil penelitian diketahui ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan kejadian Asma di Poly Penyakit Dalam RSUD Kabupaten Simeulue dengan p value 0,001. ada hubungan antara perilaku dengan kejadian Asma di Poly Penyakit Dalam RSUD Kabupaten Simeulue dengan p value 0,001. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan pekerjaan dan perilaku dengan kejadian Asma di Poly Penyakit Dalam RSUD Kabupaten Simeulue. Dapat memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang penyakit asma dan cara pencegahannya serta pengobatan yang baik untuk penderita penyakit asma.

Background: According to East Simeulue Health Center data (2014), there are 32 people suffering from asthma in the East Simeulue Health Center work area. And those who suffer from asthma in this Puskesmas area vary between children, teenagers and adults. From a preliminary study that the author conducted in the field by interviewing 5 people in the community, it is known that the public's knowledge is still lacking about asthma, they only know that asthma arises due to hereditary factors, not due to food and other things. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between individual characteristics and behavior and the incidence of asthma in the community at the East Simeulue Community Health Center, Simeulue Regency. Research Method: This research is a quantitative study using analytics with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were outpatients who visited the internal medicine polyclinic at Simeulue District Hospital, totaling 157 patients from January-May 2016. And the research sample was 61 patients. This research was conducted on 11-15 July 2016. Data analysis used Chi-Square analysis. Research Results: From the research results it is known that there is a relationship between work and the incidence of Asthma in the Internal Medicine Clinic of Simeulue District Hospital with a p value of 0.001. There is a relationship between behavior and the incidence of asthma in the Internal Medicine Clinic of Simeulue District Hospital with a p value of 0.001. Conclusion: there is a relationship between work and behavior with the incidence of Asthma in the Internal Medicine Clinic of Simeulue District Hospital. Can provide education to the public about asthma and how to prevent it as well as good treatment for asthma sufferers.

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
