Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli Bireuen-Aceh

Anemia merupakan dengan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dapat meningkatkan terjadinya komplikasi pada kehamilan dan persalinan. Pada Puskesmas Juli Bireuen-Aceh terdapat tahun ibu hamil trimester I dan III mengalami anemia ringan sebanyak 41 orang dan anemia sedang sebanyak 37 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Juli Kabupaten Bireuen pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai dengan Januari Tahun 2024, sampel adalah ibu hamil trimester I dan III yang mengalami anemia sebanyak 39 orang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,027), paritas (p=0,000) dan konsumsi tablet Fe (p=0,000) dengan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan pengetahuan, paritas dan konsumsi tablet fe dengan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Saran agar ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan kesehatannya dalam upaya menurunkan angka anemia pada ibu hamil.

Anemia is a health problem that can increase the occurrence of complications in pregnancy and childbirth., 41 pregnant women trimester I and III experienced mild anemia and 37 people experienced moderate anemia. The aim of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The research was carried out at the Juli Public health ceentre from Desember 2023 to Januari 2024, the sample was 39 pregnant women trimester I and III who experienced anemia.Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square Test. The research results showed that there is a relationship between knowledge (p=0.027), parity (p=0.000) and consumption of Fe tablets (p=0.000) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between knowledge, parity and consumption of fe tablets with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Suggestions are for pregnant women to improve their health in an effort to reduce the rate of anemia in pregnant women.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
