Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kunjungan Antenatal Care pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh

Program kesehatan keluarga Kementerian Kesehatan melaporkan bahwa terdapat4.627 kematian ibu pada tahun 2020, naik dari 4.221 pada tahun 2019. Pada tahun 2020 terdapat 1.330 kasus perdarahan, 1.110 kasus hipertensi terkait kehamilan, dan 230 kasus gangguan pada sistem perdarahan, yang menyebabkan sebagian besar kematian ibu. Tingginya AKI di Indonesia disebabkan oleh beberapa variabel, antara lain perilaku ibu hamil yang tidak tepat dalam menggunakan pelayanan antenatal care (ANC) selama kehamilan, sehingga komplikasi pada kehamilan tidak dapat dideteksi dan menjadi kehamilan yang berisiko tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh pada 17 sampai 24 Juli tahun 2023. Populasi dalam  penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei 2023 sebanyak 146 ibu hamil trimester III. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh dijadikan sampel pada bulan 17 sampai 22 Juli tahun 2023 berjumlah 35 orang. Hasil analisis bivariat di dapat bahwa Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan pengetahuan dengan Kunjungan Antenatal Care Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai P=0.003 dan Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan Paritas dengan Kunjungan Antenatal Care Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai P=0.453.

The Ministry of Health's family health program reported that there were 4,627 maternal deaths in 2020, up from 4,221 in 2019. In 2020 there were 1,330 cases of bleeding, 1,110 cases of pregnancy-related hypertension, and 230 cases of disorders of the bleeding system, which caused the majority of deaths. Mother. This research is analytical research with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out at the Jaya Baru Health Center, Banda Aceh City from 17 to 24 July 2023. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who visited the Jaya Baru Health Center, Banda Aceh City from January to May 2023, totaling 146 trimester pregnant women. III. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling, that is, all pregnant women in the third trimester who visited the Jaya Baru Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City, were sampled from 17 to 22 July 2023, totaling 35 people. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the relationship between knowledge and Antenatal Care Visits for Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester at the Jaya Baru Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City with a value of P=0.003 and there was no significant relationship between the relationship between Parity and Antenatal Care Visits for Pregnant Women. Trimester III at the Jaya Baru Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City with a value of P=0.453.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
