Identifikasi Bahaya dan Penilaian Risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Dengan Metode Hazar Identificaton Risk Assessment and Control (HIRARC) Pada PT.X Meulaboh Aceh Barat

Data Kecelakaan kerja di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Aceh Barat menunjukkan Angka Kecelakaan yang terjadi di Aceh Barat pada tahun 2020-2022 terdapat kasus sebanyak 440 kasus yang tercatat dan 24 diantaranya meninggal dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, Bahaya, memberikan penilaian risiko dan merumuskan pengendalian risiko untuk memperkecil risiko bahaya pada PT.X Meulaboh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode HIRARC dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yang terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, kemudian melakukan analisis risiko dengan menentukan nilai konsekuensi yang berpedoman standar AS/NZS 4360 :2004 Risk Management. Setelah didapatkan indeks risiko, lalu membuat pengelompokan indeks risiko serta membuat rangking risiko tertinggi berdasarkan matriks risiko AS/NZS 4360 : 2004 Risk Management. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan, terhadap setiap tahap proses kerja pada X didapat 3 dan 1 non distribusi tingkat angka Risiko dari setiap tahap kerjanya yang pertama pada tahap suplai dan penerimaan dengan nilai dominan yakni S.50% yang kedua pada tahap penimbunan dan penerimaan didapat level yang paling dominan berada pada T dengan besar T.60%,dan yang ketiga pada tahap penyaluran dan distribusi dengan nilai yang dominan S dengan nilai S.56% dan tahap non distribusi dengan nilai yang dominan pada S dengan besar S.86% berdasarkan nilainya terdapat bahaya kimia, fisika. Pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan di lapangan yaitu baju substitusi, rekayasa Engineering, pengendalian administratif dan pemakaian APD. Saran agar mempertahankan SMK3 dan meningkatkan kualitas pekerja.

Work accident data at the West Aceh Employment BPJS shows the number of accidents that occurred in West Aceh in 2020-2022 there were 440 cases recorded and 24 of them died. This study aims to identify, hazards, provide risk assessments and formulate risk controls to minimize the risk of hazards at PT.X Meulaboh. The research method used is the HIRARC method with a qualitative approach that is analytically descriptive which consists of identifying risks, then analyzing risks by determining the value of consequences guided by the AS/NZS 4360: 2004 Risk Management standard. After obtaining the risk index, then group the risk index and rank the highest risk based on the AS/NZS 4360 risk matrix: 2004 Risk Management. Based on the data processing carried out, for each stage of the work process in X, 3 and 1 non-distribution of the level of Risk numbers from each stage of work are obtained, the first at the supply and receiving stage with the dominant value of S.50%, the second at the stock piling and receiving stage, the most dominant level is obtained at T with a large T.60%, and the third at the distribution and distribution stage with a dominant value of S with a value of S.56% and a non-distribution stage with a dominant value of S with a large S.86% based on the value there are chemical, physical hazards. Risk control that can be done in the fiel dissubstitution, engineering, administrative control and the use of PPE. Suggestion stomaintain SMK3 and improve worker quality.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
