FORMULASI SERBUK EFFERVESCENT DARI SARI BROKOLI (Brassic Oleracea)

Brokoli (Brassica oleracea) merupakan jenis sayuran hijau yang banyak digunakan untuk menurunkan kolesterol. Kandungan vitamin A yang terdapat pada brokoli, maka sangat efektif untuk mempertajam penglihatan mata, vitamin C dan E, maka brokoli sangat bermanfaat untuk menjaga dan merawat kesehatan. Salah satu alternatif sedian brokoli tersebut adalah dalam bentuk serbuk effervescent karena akan mudah larut dalam air, dan memberikan efek sparkle atau seperti pada rasa minuman bersoda sehingga sedian effervescent banyak disukai masyarakat dan memudahkan bagi masyarakat yang tidak bisa mengkonsumsi sedian tablet atau kapsul. Untuk mengetahui formulasi serbuk effervescent dari sari brokoli dan untuk mengetahui formula effervescent yang efektif sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai serbuk effervescent. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode basah dan kering, meliputi pengumpulan tumbuhan, pengolahan dan pengujian sampel. Formula 2 merupakan hasil yang terbaik, dengan hasil kadar air 23%, uji waktu alir 48 detik, uji sudut diam 42o , uji waktu dispersi 3,05, dan uji kesukaan menunjukkan formula 2 sebagai produk yang disukai. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa formulas serbuk effervescent dapat di formulasikan dari sari brokoli dan formulas yang efektif yaitu formulas 2.

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) is a type of green vegetable that is widely used to reduce cholesterol. The content of vitamin A found in broccoli, it is very effective to sharpen eyesight, vitamins C and E, then broccoli is very beneficial for maintaining and caring for health. One alternative broccoli sedan is in the form of effervescent powder because it will dissolve easily in water, and give a sparkle effect or as in the taste of soft drinks so that many effervescent sedans are preferred by the public and make it easier for people who cannot consume tablet or capsule sedans. To find out the effervescent powder formulation of broccoli juice and to find out an effective effervescent formula so that it can be used as effervescent powder. The method used in this study is the wet and dry method, including plant collection, sample processing and testing. Formula 2 is the best result, with 23% moisture content, 48 seconds flow time test, 42o fixed angle test, 3.05 dispersion time test, and preference test shows formula 2 as the preferred product. The results of the study can be seen that the effervescent powder formulation can be formulated from broccoli extract and effective formulas namely formulas 2.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
