Moringa oleifera contains secodary metabolites of alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin and steroid. Secondary metabolites found in moringa oleifera are antioxidants. Antioxidants that function as facial moisturizers are flavonoids. The purpose is to obtain face spray gel preparation from the ethanol extract of moringa oleifera leaves and the moringa oleifera leaf face spray gel preparation as face moisturizer. This study was conducted experimentally. Face spray gel was formulated with the addition of 1 gram moringa oleifera ethanol extract (F1), 2 gram moringa oleifera ethanol extract (F2), and 3 gram moringa oleifera ethanol extract (F3). Negative control used blanko/ without ethanol extract of moringa oleifera leaves and positive control used NR commercial preparations. Testing face spray gel preparation included organoleptic test, homogenity test, pH test, viscosity test, spray pattern test, hedonict test, irritation test, antioxidant activity teset, and moisture effectiveness test. The data analyzed were antioxidant activity test and moisture effectiveness test using SPSS. The result is ethanol extract of moringa oleifera leaves can be formulated as a face moisturizer and fulfills the requirements are homogeneous preparation, pH (6 – 7), good viscosity, good spray pattern, does not cause skin irritation, good antioxidant value and a face spray gel shows change in face skin conditions to become more hydrated with the addition of 3 gram ethanol extract of moringa oleifera leaves. The conclusion is ethanol extract of moringa oleifera leaves can be formulated as a face moisturizer with the moisture effectiveness of face skin in formula 3 with 3 gram ethanol extract of moringa oleifera in the hydration range of 51 – 100%.
