ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRILAKU KONSUMSI BUAH DAN SAYUR PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT TGK CHIK DITIRO PIDIE JAYA

Latar Belakang Masalah: Konsumsi buah dan sayur adalah salah satu pesan penting dalam pedoman gizi seimbang agar menuju masyarakat hidup sehat. Untuk mengubah pola pikir masyarakat agar memiliki paradigma sehat, pemerintah Indonesia melakukan upaya melalui Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS). Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan data awal di Rumah Sakit Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya bahwa tenaga Kesehatan yang diwawancara dari 20 orang yang diwawancara ada 14 orang tenakes yang tidak suka mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan berhubungan dengan prilaku konsumsi buah dan sayur pada tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya. Metode Penelitian: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan sebanyak 1.170 orang. Besar sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden tenaga Kesehatan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya. Hasil Penelitian: hasil uji stastistik didapatkan variabel pengetahun memperoleh nilai p- value = 0,002 yaitu ada hubungan, variabel perilaku merokok dengan p- value = 0,015 yaitu ada hubungan, variabel lingkungan rumah dengan p- value = 0,000 yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara prilaku konsumsi buah dan sayur.  Kesimpulan dan Saran: Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, perilaku merokok dan lingkungan rumah dengan prilaku konsumsi buah dan sayur pada tenaga Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya. Diharapkan agar meningkatkan dan menambah informasi mengenai konsumsi buah dan sayur, disamping sehat bagi Kesehatan juga dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya penyakit kronis yang disebebakan oleh pola hidup yang tidak sehat. Jadi penting bagi tenaga Kesehatan ntukmeningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai buah dans ayur selain menjadi tugas pokok dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada Masyarakat.

Background of the Problem: Consumption of fruits and vegetables is one of the important messages in the balanced nutrition guidelines for a healthy society. To change the community's mindset and create a healthy paradigm, the Indonesian government has made efforts through the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS). Based on a preliminary study of initial data at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya Hospital, 14 health workers were interviewed out of 20 people who like to consume vegetables and fruits. Research Objective: To analyze factors related to fruit and vegetable consumption behavior in health workers at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya Hospital. Research Method: This study used an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all health workers totaling 1,170 people. The sample size in this study was 100 health worker respondents who worked at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya Hospital. Research Results: statistical test results obtained knowledge variables obtained p-value = 0.002, which means there is a relationship, smoking behavior variables with p-value = 0.015, which means there is a relationship, home environment variables with p-value = 0.000, which means there is a significant relationship between fruit and vegetable consumption behavior. Conclusion and Suggestions: There is a relationship between knowledge, smoking behavior, and home environment with fruit and vegetable consumption behavior in health workers at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Pidie Jaya Hospital. It is expected to increase and add information about fruit and vegetable consumption, in addition to being healthy for health, it can also reduce the risk of chronic diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyles. So health workers need to increase their knowledge about fruits and vegetables in addition to being the main task in providing services to the community.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
